Would never even try to go there again. Called the reception lady, who was rude to begin with. Gave her my insurance information. She called me 4 days later telling me I had to make a 20% coinsurance payment of $ 190(for the first visit?) which to begin with was an extraordinary amount of money(so without insurance the visit would’ve cost me $ 950???) Also, my insurance had a 10% copay NOT20%. ALSO, my insurance had a $ 1500 reimbursement spending budget, so I wouldn’t have had to pay out of my pocket anyways. My insurance provider called them to let them know of this to clarify things, but apparently the reception lady was adamant about me paying $ 190 out of my pocket, even though she knew i had a reimbursement budget, and hung up on my insurance provider. WTF?!? If that’s how their receptionists are, I wouldn’t even wanna try how the doctor is. Can’t recommend. Period.
