Bruce V.

Business Owner

Bruce is the President of VLP Financial Advisors. He is a Certified Financial Planner™ practitioner and an Accredited Investment Fiduciary™. Bruce has been active in the profession since 1983. He graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 1979 and joined Financial Network in 1990.

Bruce is also a Registered Principal and Regional Director with our affiliated broker/​dealer Cetera Advisor Networks LLC. Additionally, he is licensed for life, disability, and long term care insurance. Bruce has been an instructor for the College of Financial Planning at George Washington University and has conducted retirement planning workshops for several government agencies and private firms in the Washington D.C. area.

A longtime resident of Northern Virginia, Bruce resides in Vienna with his wife, Patti, and their daughters, Kaitlyn, Erin, and Caroline. Bruce enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, and riding his motorcycle.
