The BEST medical care and costumer service I ever have!
I went to Synergy Immediate Care because I had abdominal pain. The first interaction I had was with Marina, the medical assistant, who was was very professional, kind, and helpful. I was very nervous because I was in so much pain and didn’t want to wait for so long. But Marina calmed me down and informed me that I will be taken care of soon.
I got examined by Coleen, the physician assistant, who spend so much time with me to go through all my concerns and explained to my why I had that pain and what should I do to heal it.
Few weeks later, I called and asked for replacing the medicine that was prescribed for me before. I thought I will be asked to come back again and paid new visit fee, but instead, Marina and Coleen helped me replacing the medicine over the phone and sent it electronically to my pharmacy without charging me.
I wish I would not have any pain or medical issues in the future, but if I do then I will defiantly go to Synergy Immediate Care again!

Staff is friendly and place is clean but my appointment didn’t start until over an hour after my appointment. After I was diagnosed I had to wait for the doctor some more. I’ve been in this office for over 2 hours. I work in healthcare, so I know when places are probably a lot busier than how they look, but seriously what is the hold up?

I’ve been to this place twice now and have absolutely no complaints. The staff is very friendly and kind, they seem to really care about your well-​being. I will definitely come back!

Extremely unhappy with this experience. The staff is lovely however the delays with lab work is not acceptable. Brought my boyfriend in last Wednesday for severe, flu like symptoms. We chose this location because we live down the street and it was past 5 pm and didn’t think we could get a doctors appointment. I was also pretty nervous because we had just returned from traveling around the Caribbean and he was basically incoherent at times but we still didn’t feel it warranted an ER visit. This facility took a bunch of tests and said that labs would be back by Friday, but if his situation deteriorated to go to the hospital because the doctor told us he was very concerned about this case. In the meantime no antibiotics were prescribed to help alleviate the pain. Come Friday, no call with lab results. I called to inquire about what was happening and they said there was a delay with the insurance and the test results would be there by Monday! Mind you that my boyfriend has embassy sponsored healthcare (the best available, I’m jealous!) so there should not be any delays. The individual on the phone proceeded to tell me that the doctor had told her earlier in the day that he was extremely worried about the case, and that we should probably go to the ER. All of that without the lab results back. Well it’s now Tuesday, and we haven’t gotten any lab results back. Thankfully we sought treatment elsewhere but I am upset we wasted time throughout this process. If we didn’t have any other options, I can’t imagine how horrible it would feel to keep waiting for results for days and days.

This place is beyond great I took my son here on a Sunday becuse his dr was closed. They saw him right away with no appointment. They took care of us made him feel safe. Mai was amazing Kashif the manager was understanding about my son not have insurance and made a payment plan for me. The office was nice and clean the staff was professional I would recommend you go in. Just check it out for your self you won’t be disappointed :)

Short story: This was by far the worst doctors office/​urgent care facility I’ve ever been to.
LONG STORY: I went here for a physical yesterday, and booked last week because I saw a specific doctor on ZocDoc that had good reviews. Shortly after I booked a young lady from the office called and left me a voice mail trying to confirm and reminding me to fast for the physical for at 8−12hrs which was fine. I called back and a gentleman answered and he seemed like he had no idea what was going on, and that was ok too I just stated that I would be there.
So fast forward to the day of my appointment, I get there and an office assistant (young man) checks me in has no clue I’m there for a physical, even though I confirmed and booked it as a physical. I had to tell him and apparently it had me for a regular office visit. Fine, whatever, he changed it. Then, he gets my height weight, all that and of course asks for a urine sample. I go to the rest room and give my sample… Mind you he didn’t give me a cup and there were too different ones so I used the cup that says urine sample.
Low and behold it was the wrong cup and he asked me to transfer my urine into a different cup while standing there looking at me. Please note to management that is not ok, I don’t think anyone wants to have someone watch them pour their pee in a cup. I had to close the door on him.
So, after coming out of the rest room the assistant shows me my room another medical assistant comes in (whose name was May and she was delightful) gets my vitals and asks questions and all that jazz. She leaves and sends in the Doctor… The wrong Doctor walks in.
Now mind you, I came to this clinic for a specific Doctor whose reviews I had read and felt satisfied with, I didn’t book just to see anyone. So I kindly told her that I was sorry I didn’t book my appointment for her I scheduled to see the other Doctor. She was nice and said she would go get the Doctor I booked.
… A 30+ min wait later the Doctor I booked comes in and he does the physical and asks for a blood sample. So May comes in can’t find my veins, which is ok that happens all the time. She goes and gets someone else who can. This young man, did not listen to what I was telling him. I specifically said the veins in my arms are harder to pull from most times they’ve had to collect from the veins in my hands.
He tries it anyway, telling me «oh no no it’ll hurt more in the hand.» Which I am fully aware of, and I stated i didn’t mind the pain because this has happened plenty before and I know how much it hurts. Soooo he tries a vein in my left arm, and wouldn’t you know it a little blood starts flowing and stops immediately. So he pulls the needle out my arm abruptly and without having a cotton swab (or whatever the square cotton sheet is called) over the insertion site.
MY BLOOD SPEWED OUT OF MY ARM AND ALL OVER THE FLOOR AND EDGE OF THE EXAM TABLE. He attempted to clean it up with the small alcohol towelettes, but the floor was still stained with my blood. I was livid, but I just wanted him to finish so I could leave. He kept searching, for other spots to pull from and I kept reiterating that he should try the hand. He did not. He pulled from a spot that was literally a half inch from the other one. Luckily, that spot worked. I left the clinic almost two hours after my appointment time and mind there wasn’t a single person in the waiting room and only one guy that I heard came after me. So it really shouldn’t have taken that long.
Fast forward to today. The clinic calls me and THEY LOST MY URINE SAMPLE. Like how?
They asked me to come back in and give another sample, which luckily I work around the corner so I went on my lunch break, but that totally inconvenienced me, because honestly who would want to come back to correct a mistake on the offices part?
Anyway I went there, gave my sample and I just happened to peak my head into the room where I was to see if the blood was properly cleaned.
AND IT WAS NOT CLEANED. You could still clearly see where the blood was smeared. It hadn’t been properly sanitized.
I would advise you to read all the reviews and make an informed decision before coming to this place. For me, this place is a permanent no. They seemed unorganized and like communication amongst all staff members was not good. They were generally nice people, but their office seemed like a slight clusterfuck

Had to stop here before an out of town trip, as my regular GP was on vacation. The receptionist seemed half asleep, totally apathetic and slightly confused. I had made an appointment and waited about 20 minutes. I came in with sinus infection symptoms (same exact issue I had a few months before) so I just needed the doctor to write me an antibiotic prescription. He explained that he did not like to overprescribe antibiotics and that I should take over the counter medication (Mucinex). I insisted on a prescription since I was going to be travelling and wanted to be well ASAP. I filled my prescription and also asked the pharmacist about the Mucinex, to which she seemed perplexed that a doctor would suggest that, given my symptoms. Thanks to me pushing for antibiotics, I did feel well again after a few days. I was also refunded my $ 15 co-​pay due to the wait. I then received multiple automated calls telling me to access a patient portal, which I assumed was for my records. I finally was fed up from getting the constant calls and called the office. The office staff had no idea why I would be getting prompts to join the patient portal. I received another call a few days later telling me that it was because I had an outstanding balance. I’m not surprised considering the office staff seemed quite confused — they forgot to bill me correctly when I was at the office. Won’t be returning — just had the overall feeling that everyone there didn’t really know what they were doing, which doesn’t give me confidence.

They should have informed me about lab results about a month ago, still waiting — the only thing i received it the bill from them. and the funny thing is they still dont have the results.
To the business owner — please check your records before posting a response, i have been there 3 times just to ask for the results, you can check with 3 different receptionists that i spoke to, NONE of them got back to me. Is it not responsibility of the hospital to get back to me with the results, or least inform me that the results are not out due to a reason or something??? What is the point in sending the bill to me .They dont even know to which lab the specimen is sent to.

Being in Tysons Corner, I wasn’t able to visit my usual urgent care facility. I googled the closet location to me and found synergy immediate care. It was an easy place to spot with ample parking. That’s all the good I have left to say.
I called ahead to see if there was any wait and that would expect to arrive within 10 – 15 mins. When I got there, there was no one to be seen. I called out, «hello?» after sitting there for 5 mins. Still no one responded. Ready to leave I located a security personnel at the building and asked if they were still open. He went through to the back and finally grabbed someone for me. A young girl comes out and asks for my information; didn’t even apologize. I told her I was a walk in and I had called ahead. This being my initial impression I should’ve just left, but after 2 hours answering the same questions again and again, only to diagnose myself. I just left with the prescription I specifically asked for in the very beginning.
I may have come on an off day, nevertheless I don’t intend on coming here again.

I’m a patient of this business and I was snowed in and had a really bad cough. I called the office and left a message. One of the providers called me back promptly and discussed the symptoms, and sent a prescription to the pharmacy across the street from my house. Very caring people!

I have been there couple of times and it is just what I was needing. Iva always welcome us with a big smile and her kindness makes you relax before see the doctor. Our doctor is Dr. Tobi and he is great, young, very knowledgeable, always straight to the point, no bs at all.
They have an awesome work hours, easy to accommodate any busy schedule you mi9have.
I am very pleased with the clinic and it will be my first choice when I need medical care.

Made an early appt due to my hectic work schedule. I ensured that a doctor and not a NP would see me. Netherless, the doctor didn’t even bother coming in!

These people are amazing. They helped me feel better multiple times. The hours are fantastic. Easy to get a hold of. Feels like a family environment and that is very important. Will continue to to come here :)

Been here a couple of times and have been very pleased. Using zocdoc also makes scheduling a breeze so there’s no pesky paperwork to complete before your exam. You’re seen immediately.
My first visit was for a sore throat and Dr. Toby diagnosed me correctly and I was healed as quickly as he thought i’d be. (No strep just a bad cold) and he explained why my system was particularly sensitive after having the flu a month or so prior.
The NPs were my caregiving team during my second visit 4 months later. They explained everything and were very courteous.
Only hiccup was a prescription they said they would have filled online to my pharmacy didn’t go through, so waited at the cvs for an hour while the script was figured out.

I took my son there early on a Sunday morning. The check-​in person was friendly and efficient, and nurse practitioner Po was great. She had a great bedside manner, was very skilled, and made the entire process less stressful. My son was examined, diagnosed, and release within an hour. The entire staff were very professional and didn’t keep you waiting long at any point in the process. If you have to go to urgent care, I highly recommend Synergy.

Friendly and professional staff. It was really easy to make an appointment. Mai and Hiral assisted me and they both made me feel really comfortable. I do normally get really paranoid when it comes to blood work, Mai made it quick and easy, I did not even bruise afterwords which is awesome. Definitely recommended.

Conveniently located, very friendly staff, terrific doctor and zero wait time. If you have an emergency in the Tysons corner area I highly recommend it

Where should i begin…
First of all, I’m not the type of person where I judge a book by its cover or judge anyone or place by the reviews of others.
I like to make my thoughts and opinions upon my own and personal experiences so that it’s only fair for both parties.
I went there yesterday morning (5÷21÷15) for a regular physical exam which went pretty smoothly except for the receptionist/​medical assistant (I’m not sure what she is, she didn’t address it) being in the room with my «doctor» (Hiral) watching while I’m completely naked and uncomfortable. It would’ve been fine if she had asked me if I was okay with her being in the room, but she just said «she’ll be assisting me» which I didn’t really notice her assisting anything but watch… Either way, they were both kind so I was very patient with them.
After that i needed to get my blood drawn for tests and THIS is where it all goes wrong…
My «doctor» had left and the «medical assistant» (still not sure what her title is) came in the room and said she will be drawing my blood instead. Which to my understanding, doctors usually don’t draw blood and I thought would be fine because why else would she do it if she wasn’t allowed to.
Oh my goodness… She stabbed me total of 7 TIMES before I had to ask her to get my doctor… NEVER in my life had ANY problems or issues drawing blood or finding my veins (I donate blood all the time). She continuously put the needle in, took it out, put it back in, poke it at a different vein… Not only was it painful, I was getting lightheaded, anxious and frustrated so I myself had to ask her to go get the doctor.
Now… From here, I’m expecting my doctor to show up and instead some guy (with no white coat) who I found out LATER that he was the manager (Kashif) came in (with no gloves) and said he’s going to draw my blood instead and started looking for a vein on my hand (still no gloves and I know this for a fact because he was feeling the top of my hand looking for any vein bumps). I know that for safety issues on THEIR part, they wear their white coat and gloves, but it’s also for health and safety regulations (which they’ve violated) and for the safety of the PATIENT, that they also wear gloves.
THEN after poking 2 MORE times he said he just ruptured the vein on my hand and that I should just come back next time.
… so… they just basically stabbed me about 9 times and THEN decided to give up.
I was SOOO upset… I’m not sure how to describe the emotion I felt but I was SO SO upset.
At this point I’m not sure what to do, but I did call Kashif (the manager) to let them know that I do not wish to come back again and I don’t want him to bill my insurance or run the tests. I also told him that my arms are really sore and that the bruising is getting worse by the minute (which I have photos and progress photos of) so if I felt that I need to go to the hospital, I will be in contact again.
He then told me that if I decide to come back, then all of my treatments/​tests would be free without going through insurance…
I understand that bruising is normal however, stabbing someone more than 2 or 3 times before the PATIENT asks for the doctor is not normal. I also know that when a patient asks for their doctor due to the assistant’s multiple failed attempts, it is not normal for some random person whom I haven’t met to show up instead of the designated doctor.
Please, save yourselves the trouble and pain and go to a experienced professional. I feel like a regular women’s physical exam is the BASIC knowledge of a physician, but since it seems like they’ve failed to do that, leads me to never recommend this practice and I don’t want anyone to go through what I went through.

I saw Dr. Toby (his nickname, his full name is Dr. Oluwatobi Yerokun, MD) one evening after work due to severe neck and back pain related to my job (I am a Dental Hygienist). Knowing it was an urgent care I had no idea what to expect as I have never been to an urgent care before. Upon arriving I was greeted so warmly, quickly and so professionally! Dr. Tobi (who is a general surgeon!!) was excellent! I really liked him. VERY pleased to discover that they are striving to be your one-​stop place for all of your medical needs! I’m so happy I found this place I decided to make them my primary care providers. And the best part is, they are open until 10 PM!!!
When I returned from my second visit for a physical, this time I saw Nurse Practitioner, Hiral P. Jobanputra. She was equally as fantastic as Dr. Tobi! Very professional, kind and thorough. She makes sure to answer all your questions and concerns before you go. Although they have just two providers at the moment and a few treatment rooms, I did not care! The facility is large, clean, open, and the staff is just fantastic. I also loved how the Manager, Kashif (can’t miss him because has great fashion sense and is super friendly too :) — and Dr. Tobi BOTH spoke to me together after seeing me and listened to my frustrations with a previous practice I had experienced. It’s going to be interesting to see these guys get rolling and have all the specialists that they are striving to bring on board. How convenient to be able to go to one place for all of your needs and not have to worry about taking a day off work because they are open late. If you’re looking for two highly competent providers and a friendly staff in a clean and very welcome environment — you won’t be disappointed!!!

With only on other person ahead of me (non-​emergency) it still took 2 hours to get in and out. Most of that was waiting time. I think the DX was good. It was done by a PA not an d MD.
