Dr Sobhani’s practice was first opened in 1997 on the Fair Oaks Hospital campus. His practice remained there until 2014 where he opened his new and current office in Tysons Corner, VA.

Dr Sobhani, the founder of Siavash Sobhani MD PC and Praeventus Healthcare was born and raised in Washington DC. He received his Bachelors Degree from George Washington University with subsequent Masters Degrees from Boston University and Georgetown University. Dr Sobhani received his medical degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine. He went on to fulfill his residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Miami Jackson Memorial Hospital.

Dr Sobani is fluent in English and Farsi and is proficient in French and Spanish. Dr Sobhani was recognized as one of the top Doctors in Internal Medicine in the Washingtonian’s 2015 issue. He was featured in NOVA Magazine for his honorable talent in the realm of Concierge Medicine and awarded recognition for his outstanding service in patient care from INOVA Fair Oaks Hospital. Dr Sobhani was also appointed to the rank of Clinical Instructor of Medicine at George Washington University’s School of Medicine and Health Services.
