The Lessard Group provides architecture, planning and interior design services for new construction as well as redevelopment, adaptive re-​use, renovation and expansion projects. Lessard’s clients have long since learned the value of the firm’s depth of services and broad-​reaching expertise since Lessard’s founding 24 years ago. Since 1986, the firm has designed and seen built hundreds of the firm’s residential buildings ranging from single family homes to townhomes to high-​rise apartments and luxury condominiums including several built towers for Donald Trump. The firm’s practice has greatly expanded and today Lessard’s experience spans several sectors and project types including mixed-​use; hotels with ballrooms, meeting rooms and exhibition space; resorts, casinos and spas; office; retail/​entertainment; automotive dealerships and facilities; military facilities; student housing; green design; urban and town planning; and interior design.
