Meet the Business Owner

Mihae K.

Business Owner

Mihae is the principal and art director of Gimga Design Group. She has over 25 years of experience in the graphic design field. Prior to starting Gimga Design Group in 1991, Mihae worked for Brown & Craig and RS Jensens in Baltimore, Maryland and Hembrech Terrell International in New York.

Mihae has designed hundreds of projects throughout her career including logo design and branding, packaging, publications, annual reports, newsletters, trade show materials, websites, retail spaces and signage, and websites. Her list of clients include non-​profit organizations, corporations, health industries and small businesses.

Mihae is a past President of The Korean American Artists Association, a Board member of KAC, Chairs Youth Art Festivals. She received her BFA from the Corcoran School of Art in 1985.
