Did a bomb go off in here? I have to be honest, when I walked into the shop I felt like I stepped into an episode of hoarders. Papers and stuff everywhere. The place was so disorganized I wanted to run back out the door. Not to mention it hadn’t been cleaned since they day they moved in, Clark was a super nice guy and explained that they can apparently do just about anything you need from award plaques to embroidered t-​shirts.
Coming to pick up my order he is so unorganized he couldn’t initially find it… But he did remember exactly who I was and what I was picking up (an award plate). I wasn’t thrilled with the final product (you couldn’t see the logo) so he offered to try other colors. I’m not sure why I wasn’t given any of those options when I placed the order. He did another place and actually didn’t charge us at all for it.
I’m on the fence as to whether I would use his services again just because they just seem so disorganized! Customer service was great however.
