History

Established in 2008.

Soldsense Realty LLC was formed in 2008 by Are Andresen and Liezel D’souza. Having our own brokerage gives us more flexibility and full control of the buying and selling experience as well as the services we provide to our clients.

Soldsense Realty LLC is an independent brokerage. We are a member of the National Association of Realtors, Virginia Association of Realtor and Northern Virginia Association of Realtor. We are also members of the MRIS, cooperating with brokerages in purchasing and selling homes throughout the Northern Virginia area.

Soldsense is a real estate brokerage licensed in Virginia. We are located in Tysons Corner across Leesburg Pike (Rt 7) from Tysons Corner Mall. The address is 1934 Old Gallows Rd Suite 350, Vienna VA 22 182. Office hours are 8.30am-5:30pm on weekdays.

Business Owner

Are Andresen is the principal broker at Soldsense Realty. He was born in Norway and came to the United States of America for his college degree in the 90’s.

After obtaining a degree in Computer Engineering at Virginia Tech he moved to Northern Virginia and worked in software development before finding his true calling in real estate.

He enjoys using technology to showcase homes and in the everyday world of real estate. Apart from real estate Are enjoys travelling, photography, biking, the occasional match of tennis and to spend time with his wife and son.

Are Andresen has been a member of the NVAR Top Producers and Multi Million Dollar Club and is actively engaged in every transaction. He loves real estate and will strive to give you honest and accurate advice.
