The practice has been known as Ritter & LeClere since 2001. Prior to that date it was known as Ponce & Ritter. Since 1989 Attorney Elizabeth A. Ritter has been practicing in the High Desert of California handling Family Law and Probate cases.

Business Owner
Elizabeth A. Ritter graduated from Southwestern University School of Law in 1983. She began her practice of law in Los Angeles County primarily in the area of Family Law. In 1989 she moved her practice full time to Victorville California and has practiced in the High Desert ever since. Attorney Ritter has been appointed by the Court to represent minor children in both Guardianship cases and Family Law cases. She has served as a Judge Pro Tem in the past and has been an active member of the High Desert Bar Association serving as an officer and President of the Organization. She is a member of both the San Bernardino County Bar Association, The California State Bar and is admitted to practice before the Federal Court. She has served as President of the Desert Communities United Way and serves a member of their Board of Directors. She is a founding member of Soroptomist International of Apple Valley.
