My mom wanted her carpet cleaned so we called a few places, we got quoted $ 300 over the phone and scheduled the cleaning the next day. Well a guy shows up (not gonna mention company but its one with decent reviews) and starts measuring counting and tells us that the adjusted quote is $ 475– guys thats a 63% markup… With some crazy stuff like a $ 135 setup fee, seriously??? We told the guy to take a hike, even though we had all our stuff moved to tile areas, garage, driveway, backyard, I mean we prepared for this for hours.
After that horrifying experience I called these guys up and they gave me a fair price and came the same day, literally within hours they were able to squeeze me in, not to mention that the girl on the phone was really nice and polite about everything.
So James and John showed up to my door on time. They gave me exactly what I expected and much more. They took some pet stains out without marking up the bill, they used an impressive washer (not just the usual one– i’m talking industrial grade) and washed my carpet so well that even old pet stains came out that 2 years ago didn’t from another company that came in and did the same job!
Seriously, I would highly recommend these guys and use them again for sure. Cordial, responsible, and affordable– and James (the owner) has been doing this for a long time– he’s not some guy that bought a truck and thinks he can clean. He knows his stuff and uses the best cleaning materials (no home depot junk).

So we called Friday to make a appointment for them to come out and see what they can do for get carpet put in today around one and not only did they not show up they never even gave a call so my wife has been sitting all day at home waiting for nothing now I work in HVAC and I know if we don’t give a call for a no show I know there is hell to pay … Know this review can change if we can get a call letting us now wait happened

Awesome company! They are the best in the High Desert! When my carpets were cleaned they made them look brand new! All the companies employees are professional and go out of their way to make sure you are happy! Their prices are amazing! This company is more then just carpet cleaning. I also had them put in new flooring in a couple of rooms and they did an awesome job! One of my rooms with carpet had a bad pet odor and they do this treatment called and odor bomb treatment and the smell is gone! If you want the best then I highly recommend this company. They have also been in business for a long time so you know that you can always depend on them when you need them!

These guys are awesome they have done our house and I recommend them to all my clients everyone has been completely satisfied. Great people and great job
