Edible Arrangements

The Worst! First time ordering from any edible arrangement and they ruined it for me! To top it off! It was the owner/​manager who helped me! Ordered an arrangement to be delivered Saturday morning, that went well. Two hours after delivery our relative that received the arrangement sent a group message to family and friends asking if anyone sent them to her?! There’s no message and no name who’s it from?! Seriously! I mentioned over the phone to the owner MANNY! how important this was and I gave a pretty good size message to go along with it! To have my relative send a group message asking who’s it from! Was very embarrassing and it got me very upset! Cuz she had no clue it was from my family and I. I spoke to manny on Monday because he wasn’t there that Saturday! And all he had to say was «let me call my intelligent group and see why it didn’t print your message? I don’t know what to tell you.» Seriously! Not even a sorry! Not even a discount, refund, NO NOTHING! He said he would call me back that Monday after speaking to his intelligent group to see what happened? Well it’s Thursday and still no call or apology from him!

Terrible service. I ordered a birthday basket from them online and they called the night before the delivery date to confirm and said they would be deliver by noon «because we don’t have many deliveries tomorrow» and asked if I wanted to be texted once the delivery has completed so I said yes. At 5pm the next day I still had not received a text so I called and found out it hadn’t left the store yet. When I reminded the girl on the phone they had told me it would be there by noon all she said was «well, do you still want it?» No apology, just attitude. DO NOT COUNT ON THIS COMPANY — RIPOFF!

My wife received and edible bouquet for her birthday, a gift from her mom, was very beautiful however when we opened it up and started eating the fruit had noticed there was Salt on the chocolate covered apples, The rest of the fruit was not very sweet, and some of the salt had fallen off the apples on to the other fruit, we were not very pleased with the quality of the fruit, I called and explained to the. Manager named Manny, whenever we are ready they will make us up another one and send it to us, at that time I will finish this review

Just received the most amazing costumer service here. I truly appreciate the time David took to help me and how sweet he was to my kids and I. I was also pleasantly suprised at the prices, for everything I ordered I think it’s very reasonable. Thank you!

I live all the way in Utah and use this location frequently to order treats for my parents who live in Victorville. I’ve always had a good experience but today I had an AMAZING experience, all thanks to David. He was unbelievably friendly and helpful. Had my order ready for my parents to pick up in about 15 minutes. He even said he’ll make the strawberries look extra special. He then decided to help me think of what to write in the card and it sounded better than anything I could have ever come up with. Loved his upbeat and fun energy! Bravo David! You nailed what customer service is all about! :)

GREAT NEWS HIGH DESERT! This location is finally under new management!!! David S. is AMAZING. My complaints were never about the quality… but the customer service was horrible. Imagine talking to a bratty teenager who doesn’t want to take out the trash. That was what it was like dealing with Cassaundra (the previous manager). She had a bad attitude, lame excuses and was flat out rude. David on the other hand has been wonderful. He goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied and does it with a great attitude and genuinely wants the customers to be happy. I’m so excited that I can use this location again.

David you truly are the epitome of customer service! Thank you for finding my complaint important enough to contact me and rectify it after you became manager (2 years later). Thank God Edible Arrangements found you and put you in the manager position. I’m confident this store will have a huge positive impact because of you. You’re amazing! This is the second time ive ordered an arrangement for a birthday and they cant seem to deliver it on the delivery day. I will never order again. Its too expensive and they suck!

Never ordering from this company ever again. They always take long to help me out and my orders never arrive on time, and once they do, the fruit is nasty.

Talk about quick!!! I wanted to make «Mi Amore’s» day, and they delivered my arrangement in less than 3 hours! I ordered at 11:00ish, and it was delivered by like 2:00. I am super happy with their customer service as well! I will definitely use them again soon!

My son sent me some strawberries that were supposed to be delivered on Mothers Day and We waited all day for nothing. They delivered the package the next day and the girl said there were so many orders they didn’t have time to deliver mine on Mothers Day, but assured me they were made fresh that day and told me they had over 500 deliveries they were behind on. The strawberries were good but would have been better had they been delivered on time. They should have anticipated this, but I was just happy to receive this wonderful gift from my son!
So the new manager called on Tuesday I think it was and said he wanted to make up for the experience I had on Mother’s Day. I said it was okay that he didn’t have to make up for it but he was persistent so finally I said ok cuz he wanted a chance to make up for it by sending out more on Thursday which is today. I guess I should have asked what time but oh well I will just wait since I have work to do in the front yard. We shall see if I get anything today. This is to be continued…

I could not be more disappointed in the service from this location. We placed a order for Mothers day 5 days prior. It’s 9pm on Mothers day and our recipient had yet to receive the product that we ordered. I called in and spoke with an employee that didn’t know what she was talking about in regards to the status of our order and passed the phone off to someone other than a manager who began to tell me that our product had yet to be made and wouldn’t be going out tonight. (Oh and I left out that I had perilously called earlier in the day and another employee told me the ETA would be 7pm.) The employee then asked me for an additional address to ship the product to tomorrow and said they wouldn’t deliver at 6pm when our Mother would be home because that’s too late. Needless to say, the manager, Cassandra will be getting a phone call tomorrow.

I want to update my prior review. After contacting the store manager I was able to use my certificate for my fathers birthday, just one day earlier. I guess Friday thru Sunday they only have Mother’s Day arrangements and I didn’t want one of those. I picked it up today and it look great and my dad loved it, thank-​you.

My birthday was november 6 my sons always get me edible arrangements from this location the manager and staff are great and the arrangement are to die for will always go back Thx Lina Sayegh

I recieved a beatiful arrangement for my birthday from here and honestly I loved it. The fruit was beautiful and yummy I love chocolate covered fruit and I would go there on any occasion just because its so delicious. The owner is really nice and values his customers opinion. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I love it! I go all the time, not for special occasions, I just go anytime I want chocolate covered strawberries! Only one time I got a bad batch. I think the girl that day was new and she was there alone. But all the other times it has been fantastic!

Asked for a discount for my son and they said NO. Delivered them to me and guess what? THEY WERE OLD. Husband went back!!! Asked for another discount and they said… You guessed it!!! NO

well I have thought this would be a good idea to surprise my parents for v-​day. But i guess i was wrong. The delivery driver was awesome, he tag the door after nobody answered the door. But when my dad who was home but in the back yard, called the number and talked to kathy. Well i would have thought this place would have hired better people to answer phone and know how to be respective. But that is not what happen, my dad called and got hello, why did you call and could you come and pick up your order. Instead of Hi thank you for calling edible arrangments how can i help you. So to kathy the comapny can thank you for losing a customer due to your lack of phone skills.
