Don’t get a pool from them. I was overcharged, caught the error, then they tried to renegotiate the contract instead of removing the $ 1200 cost for service not provided. Worst of all, paid extra for expandable liner, came out looking horrible. Excessive wrinkles and creases, told me it was «normal», when Doughboy advertises a «virtually wrinkle free» liner. Their installer messed up, trying to blame the weather on installation problems. Took the owner 3 wks to finally come out to see the mess. They’ll give me a new liner, but won’t pay someone more competent to install it correctly. Been a nightmare since day 1. Pool now has to be drained, wasting 16 000 gal of water, chemicals, electricity. Haven’t been able to use the pool at all. They actually have the nerve to think I owe them money. If you need a pool, go elsewhere.

This used to be a great place for spas, chemicals, and equipment, when Briana was driving down from Wrightwood to provide service with a smile, and All Brands was handling their repairs. Now, Gilbert and Mike run the place in a slovenly manner. When the heater went out in our spa, we called for an appointment. I felt as if I was interrupting something. On appointment day, we waited through the four-​hour window, and then another hour before Gilbert finally returned our many calls to say that he didn’t think Mike was going to make it. So much for doing business with a local company. Going back to All Brands for my service and repairs. They’re cheaper and better even though they do have to drive here from San Bernardino.

HORRIBLE customer service! They will not return calls regarding my Spa that was to be delivered over a week ago. Would not recommend this business. I am going to dispute the charge on my credit card and go elsewhere to purchase our spa.
