After the nightmare I’ve endured dealing with these idiots, I can say the only good thing they have is no contract. I had this cable service for a little more than four months and in that time I went through 7 cable boxes. They only have old equipment that doesn’t work and the internet service seemed to go out twice a week. My wife works remotely for a company out of Dallas so losing internet meant losing pay. After switching to dish network for cable and AT&T for internet my life’s been a lot less stressful.
