The service at C&R Vision is great and just seems to get better every time I go for my annual appointment. This is not just a place to get glasses or contacts, this is a Doctors office that takes the health of your eyes very seriously. It is very important to keep to a schedule of annual visits for healthy eye care. Thank you C&R Vision for your excellent care and great customer service!

I recently moved to Victor and needed my yearly eye doctor appointment. Dr. Pratt was extremely knowledgeable and the staff was friendly and attentive, they also had my new lenses in house. 10 minutes after my meeting with Dr. Pratt I had my new lenses in my frames.

We are new patients, our family has been seen by both Dr. Pratt and Dr. Decker, both give very comprehensive exams and explain their diagnosis thoroughly. I have multi-​focal lenses, Dr. Pratt tried many options before finding the perfect prescription. C&R Vision is a well staffed office, everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. The person who made the new patient exam was thoughtful and accommodating of my daughter’s school and sport schedule.

Dr. Chute and C&R Vision have been our choice for eye care and eye glasses almost since the day the business was started. We left the area for over 5 years but returned to C&R Vision when we moved back … even though we lived much further away. It is worth the drive. Our experience has consistently been excellent in every way. Dr. Chute has taken the necessary time to follow my (extensive) medical history and it’s impact on my vision. He has been thorough in explaining my conditions and options for care. C&R Vision has taken a proactive approach to state-​of-​the art equipment and up-​to-​date knowledge of their field. Just went for my annual, each time I visit I’m reminded why I love the atmosphere and professionalism of all the staff, I visited on a Thursday afternoon and I got called within 5 minutes, first step was all the pre-​checks, my professional was bubbly and fun to chat with.
The vision checks were easy and comfortable, I was given good explanations to all of my questions!
I’d recommended C&R to everyone!
