Normally, I have nothing but good experiences with UPS, they are usually my «go-to» carrier, but my experience here today did not sustain that image. The man behind the front desk on 12÷16÷15 at 11:30 am(didn’t catch his name, was only wearing a white shirt) had one of the rudest attitudes I’ve ever encountered. There was a line(maybe 5 people) and he seemed aggravated that he even had to be doing work. I understand it is around the holidays and a busy/crazy time period but when you work customer service you should be trained how to properly handle these situations and maintain a good company image. As it was my turn, he was talking to a co-worker next to him about how«stupid» the customer who had just left was! This is very unprofessional. I had pre-paid labels from amazon and the printer I used made the image fuzzy so he was not able to scan them. He never made eye contact with me and just pushed the package back toward me, said print another one and then just said«Next». I understand it’s not his fault but this is NOT the way to deal with customers. This guy(who seems like a manager even!) needs to find a job in a different field.

I had some important documents that needed to be printed, faxed and mailed. The staff was very helpful even though I was clearly confused and didn’t have everything ready. They facilitated the entire process and sent me happy on my way. 5 stars isn’t enough for this location and their excellent service. Also, to the other poster FYI, it is a federal crime to put stuff in your mailbox unless you are the U.S. Postal service. And I’m also sure this location is independent and they aren’t delivering your packages. And no I don’t work for this location, I’m just a satisfied customer.

UPS is incompetent, ridiculous, moronic and unreliable. How do you deliver a 0.2 oz envelope on someone’s porch instead of placing it inside their mailbox? Total stupidity.
