Absolutely terrible. Save your money and go somewhere else. From the awful receptionist, who was rude and had an attitude from the second we walked in, to the awful manicurist, who cut my fingers and ignored me when I said my nails were crooked — I will never be going back to this establishment again. My friends and I each got different things, one got a manicure, and her nails look as though they were painted by a child. My other friend got a full set and her nails are bumpy and unfinished looking & I got a fill, which not only was crooked, the polish was streaked & you could see the marks from the bristles. When each of us brought these issues to their attention, we were ignored. Please, save your money and go to the salon in the mall. They are much more friendly and receptive.

Got a full gel set and a pedicure before leaving town for my destination wedding. They looked ok but did not hold up. In the first week, 3 nails broke. 3 more broke in the second week. When I returned to complain, the manager took no responsibility for the sub-par work, giving multiple reasons why it was my fault the nails broke, from«you must be too hard, do too much cleaning» to” your nails are oily and they won’t take any nails” I have worn acrylics and gels on and off for over 20 years and I have never had a brand new set break like these did. The pedicure was ok, but they try to up sell you to add on massage and«special» lotions. I won’t be back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place

This place was pretty great. I’ve been to a bunch of places in Binghamton since I moved here two years ago and have had a really hard time finding someone who does well with pedicures. The staff is really friendly and very accommodating. If you can get passed the fact that they don’t have individual massage chairs for pedicures then I recommend them(they have bench style seating.) they don’t use razors on your feet and instead use a callous cream and a foot emery which is what I’ve looked for for a while. Their basic pedicure is $ 30, but $ 10 extra for them to do your heals, but like I said it’s worth it. They even give you a back massage while your nails are drying. I’ll be back for sure.

Today, 10.26.2014, I had my first bad experience. Of course the person I usually go to was out so I had someone else… I will not offer up her name because I do not want her to get fired. I’ve never noticed her here before today. I could have given myself a better pedicure at home with the travel size nail care pack that I have. What she did well: Offered a greeting when I sat down What she did not do well: Everything required of the Lavender Spa pedicure Did not cut my nails properly Did not trim my cuticles properly Did not scrub my callus properly. … Nothing came off and I wear flip flops constantly so dry skin is definitely there Did not clean the mask she placed on my legs properly She started the clock for my massage then started gathering the lotion for it She massaged one leg for a huge portion of the time The massage was not subpar. I do believe a child beating my feet with a stick would have been more memorable.

Less than impressed as well. A light foot rub for 15 minutes. Not very vigorous, and more attention to rubbing skin than muscles. They also informed me they do NOT do massages in rooms for men. Rub and tug what?

I was in Binghamton for a wedding and needed a quickie mani pedi the day of the wedding. I thought I’d only be able to fit in a pedi or just polish changes but the staff was such a huge help and got me in and out in no time when I let them know I only had 45 min by starting my mani while getting a pedicure. It was extremely clean and they did a great job! $ 55 for a pedicure and gel manicure and I could tip on my card. They even told me if the gel chipped in the next couple days I could come back and they’d fix it for free. Staff was extremely friendly. Wish I lived in the area so I could go again and actually relax and enjoy it!

Very clean and nicely decorated but not a huge fan. A few times, i’ve made appointments and have had to wait once I got there. I also found some of the people working there have attitudes.

Less than impressed. My 2 friends and I made an appointment ahead of time to get our nails done for a wedding. When we got there we were told we would be going one at a time instead of all together, because they didn’t have enough room for us. Then they allowed 3 people to be helped before us. Once I finally got the plastic nail on on, they made me sit and wait for over 45 minutes before getting them filled. The nails look fine, but I was not impressed with how long the wait was and ended up being late to the rehearsal because they officially said the appointment would take 45 minutes but ended up taking more than twice as long.

Nice clean place. All their equipments are also clean. They do a good job with the nails. Try the silky milk spa. It comes with the hot stone massage. So relaxing.
