I interviewed Jason at Silvercube about straightening out a couple issues with my wireless network at home. I build websites and I know a little about computers. I asked a bunch of questions and Jason checked out well. I am confident he knows what he is talking about. I love the idea that they cap the labor charge so it does not end up costing more to fix an old computer then it would to buy a new one. I will be scheduling an appointment with them today.
