Brought some expensive blue sandals to be glued.
They asked for a fortune to do the repair work, but because they were such good sandals I agreed. When I picked them up, they were destroyed. The glue job looked as though a child had done it. Yellow contact cement everywhere, and the blue metallic had been completely ripped off half of the wedge heel! Now I have to throw them away.

After reading the other reviews, I took my favorite boots in for a repair. They absolutely ruined my boots and charged me $ 47 for the privilege. I would NEVER take any of my shoes here again. The owner was very rude when I complained about their shoddy work. Run don’t walk away from this place.

My husband’s favorite fisherman-​style sandals needed repair. One of the front straps came unglued. Now it is stitched in place and better than new!
