La Tabla, a café on Royal Palm Pointe, is open for breakfast and lunch. Started by

surfers in 2014, offering fresh, simple, clean and organic food options. Along with good coffee, it also offers made-​to-​order juice blends and protein smoothies. In addition, many menu items are gluten-​free.

La Tabla works with as many local farms and vendors as possible.

Having had lunch and more recently breakfast at La Tabla I had to write and say how fantastic all my experiences have been. Santiago, the owner, and his staff are very helpful and friendly. The menu is very creative and the food is wonderful. They are open for breakfast and lunch and I highly recommend this establishment. You will not be sorry.

La Tabla has amazing food and fantastic service! All of the food is locally grown, fresh, and hormone-​free. La Tabla is the only café in Vero that is health savvy to a high degree, from their fresh blended juices (my favorite is the Orange Blend) to their delicious Ascii and Poke Bowls.
La Tabla is a fresh, nutritional oasis within a town full of old restaurant mentalities-​it never disappoints!

This is my favorite lunch spot in Vero. Everything is extremely fresh, flavorful and healthy. I’ve been waiting for something like this to open. The owner, Santiago, is also great. Every time I go in he has me trying another homemade goodie. He’s very passionate about good food and takes the time to listen to his customers. Can’t beat it.

I love this place, great fresh food that is healthy and nutritious! The salsa is amazing and the juices are great! They are usually packed around lunch time, but its so nice to find a place that is different and that you can feel good about eating!

My family and I were visiting Vero beach and found this beautifully modern quaint café. They have a super healthy menu and a variety of freshly made juices. I had the poached eggs and a latte, it was delicious. My fiancé had the tuna sandwich and the Nosara protein shake and was also very tasty. Santiago the owner was very friendly and gave us great service, would def go back if in the area.

Nicely branded health food spot with pricey coffee and sort of a bumbling staff.
Had a cold brew served in a paper cup that started to deteriorate after a few minutes that wasn’t strained/​filtered so by the time a got to the last third I got a mouth full of sediment. I had noticed the gritty texture initially but decided to press on because of the inve$tment.
I’ve had avocado toast with poached eggs (solid pucks. No runny yolk) and thought it was fine but also remembered how perfectly I toast, poach, slice at home so I didn’t feel like I was getting good value.
They aren’t attempting something very difficult so I’m shocked that it isn’t dialed in but maybe they need more time.
