After a dozen visits it is consistently bad. Over priced and poor service. I ordered a premium brownie Sunday and it had one small brownie square and hardly any hot fudge. Nothing like the picture on display. Also the woman inside, who I think is the owner, has a bad attitude. Never smiles. I won’t be back.

Well I was a little disappointed. We went for yogurt and they had one choice and it was blueberry granola. It was very very soft and way too sweet as well. Also someone in our party of three got the one choice of sorbet. It too was very soft and sugary. The choices in ice cream were limited as well… vanilla, chocolate, and maybe one other choice… not sure.

Found one of my favorite custard Parleres in the US down here in Florida. Usually have to go up to Rochester New York to get out abbots. Wish they would open up more around the country so good

Best ice cream in vero beach. The various sundaes are great as the frozen custard is creamy with good flavor. The only issue on this visit was that they only had one person serving on a busy summer night so the wait was too ong(30 minutes).

Just got a small cup of Chocolate Almond and Vanilla PB cup. The Chocolate Almond was just chocolate w a few almonds sprinkles on the side of the cup and the Vanilla PB cup had like 2 little pieces of PB cups. Not worth the calories.

Love, Love, Love Abbotts! Great(free) mini ice Cream cone for our four legged children. The ice Cream is great, the service is very good, only wish there was more than one location but perhaps that is what makes it so very good. My fav is a thick, extra malt, Chocolate Malt Shake. Yum! I regularly drive about twenty minutes so my Maggie Mae can get her Ice Cream cone and I get my great Chocolate Malted Milk Shake. You won’t be sorry… Go!

EVERY visitor we have from NY or AK we bring here and they all wanna go back @ time they come. It’s a little more expensive but so worth it. The last 5 of us had: 1 double scoop waffle cone, 2 single scoop chocolate dipped cones and 2 Sundaes and it was $ 30 which includes tip. The gal keeps the customers happy and she seems content dealing with a lot of customers all at once and never gets flustered! I hope they’re paying her well because she seems to be there 7 days a week, but always with a positive attitude!

Luv Abbott’s every time we’re in town! Chocolate turtle is the best: frozen chocolate custard, fudge center, spanish peanuts, all encrusted in dark chocolate coating! 4 w/a cooler for $ 10. The bomb! :)

Abbott’s Consistently terrific. The custard is creamy and the flavors are seasonally appropriate. My only regret is that I did not attempt a milkshake. I was too stuffed with bad Mexican food to take on much more than a small dish of red raspberry custard. I’d make a point to stop in if I were in Vero again…

Frozen custard? Never heard of it! But OMG it is good! Yummy with quick drive thru service to go or hang out in the outdoor seating area.

Ice cream and custard taste the same to me, but my boyfriend seems to really enjoy Abbotts because he can get his weird vanilla/gummy bears/peanutbutter topping combo. My daughter loves it because. well, she’s 3 and it’s full of sugar. I love it because they’re both happy.

Hubby wanted a cone after we had lunch so we stopped here for the first time. He got vanilla custard in a waffle cone and said it was very, very good. Service was quick and friendly. For myself, I’ll be brutally honest. I have no taste buds when it comes to custard… it all tastes just like a McDonald’s cone to me. Which is very cheap. Which I love. I am thrifty. Very thrifty. I can’t justify paying $ 5.50 for something that tastes the same as something I can get for less than $ 1.00. However, hubby can tell the difference and he loved it. And a happy hubby is worth any amount of money… has anyone else noticed they are much easier to deal with when they are happy???:)

Abbotts was pretty delicious. Prices are descent 5.50 for a sundae, serving was a little small but that was probably a good thing. Nice selection and service was A+. Drive thru is added bonus.
