History
Established in 1975.
The building itself was built in 1830 and has been claimed to have been part of the underground railroad. Prior to 1975, it was a restaurant, prior to that it was a home, and prior to that it was a store of some sort… we still have some digging to do to figure out the whole timeline of this historic store.

We purchased the business in March 2015 and since then have been offering the latest craft beer, wine, and top of the line whiskeys and bourbons. We pride ourselves on making sure Old Vernon Liquors carries one of the best selections in Southern Indiana.
