Kevin is very professional, courteous, and reliable! I have called him a couple of times now and he has not disappointed me at all. The first time I was worried because my water heater was leaking. He told me how to shut it off until he got to my house. When he got to my house he told me what was wrong, the cost, then he went got a new water heater and installed it. He found several other minor issues that were also wrong(which could have been a problem). Kevin went out of his way to help me. I also called him today with another problem and even though he is extremely busy because the weather has been very cold he managed to fit me in. I even got a call to let me know approx. what time he would be at my house. Again I had a very positive experience. I would definitely recommend Kevin.

This guy did work for the sellers of my recently purchased home and didn’t install two things he said he did on the permit. I had to agree to have him come back and correct the issues so I could close on my place and VIOLA he never returned my THREE calls. I won’t refer him or use him ever!

Kevin is a highly competent Vernon/Highland Lakes area plumber who is somewhat pricey. Had a 50 gallon electric water tank replaced. Kevin did the job himself and brought along a helper/apprentice. Some re-piping was done(all copper) and a new ground wire run from cold to hot pipes. I counted 28 new soldered joints including the new L shaped custom copper vent pipe to take the water from the topside pressure release valve across the top of the heater down to the floor. I would say no more than 8 feet of 5/8″ copper was used along with a number of t-joints and regular joints and two new Wolverine brass ball valves. The price was $ 975 cash for time and material and he took away the old heater. I would have given another star except for the price. I was disappointed to find the next day the cost of the heater(Rheem) at my local Home Depot of $ 252 tax included His net was $ 723 or $ 482 per hour less what he has to pay his helper/apprentice and the cost of the piping, fittings and ball valves. I invite others to comment on my price sensitivity. If I am pegging him as pricey inappropriately for the job outlined above, please comment. To his credit he came within two hours of my call and I had hot water within 90 minutes of his arrival and departure. He charges a higher amount if you pay with your credit card.
