HORRIBLE. Placed an order on 3÷19÷2015. The lady was all over the place on the phone. I had a feeling that I should not have ordered the flowers. I placed the order an this morning woke up and noticed the charge was not on my account. I called to verify — the order was nowhere to be found. I needed these flowers to be delivered today. Luckily, I found another florist in the location of Cleveland on Madison and they were so helpful and placed the order and assured they will be delivered by 12pm.
