I came to this location after my terrible experience at Santa Paula Verizon. I was going to give Verizon one more chance to redeem themselves before I went to into At&t.
The young man who helped me (Carlos) was fantastic. He transferred all of my information from my old iPhone 4s in to my new iPhone 6 plus. He helped me wiped my old phone so I could give it to my son.
He was able to put me on a promotional plan that gave me 10 gigs for $ 80. He lowered my bill $ 20 just from that. He then went in and added some other discount because my sons line didn’t have a contract. I will now be paying $ 150 + tax for 3 lines instead of the $ 210 I use to pay. A true gentleman man and a class act. I have to tip my Hat on Verizon for having such a wonderful employee.
It was definitely worth the 15 minute drive from Santa Paula to Ventura for a better Verizon experience.
