Swift Chip

For many years Swift Chip has been servicing the computer/​network system for my small company in West L.A. Their service is outstanding (not to mention their patience). Everyone is helpful and I will give a specific shout-​out to Jenna, their Operations Manager, who through the years has replied and responded to me, by voice and by text, in times of need. Face it, when your computer goes down, your frustration goes up. It’s such a relief dealing with people who are responsive, knowledgeable, and speak to you in terms you can understand. I am not a tech-​savy person. I’m sure grateful to have them onboard.

Swift Chip has been a trusted resource for my business since we moved to Ventura in 2010. Ken and his staff have always delivered. They have ‘saved’ us more than once when our computers and peripherals have gone on strike. Last week, I am embarrassed to say that I fell victim to a tech support scam over the phone. I suspected I may have been scammed and that one of my laptops was compromised. I called Ken at Swift Chip. He reassured me that he could take care of things. We dropped off my laptop and Ken quickly got to work cleaning, scanning and optimizing my machine. I couldn’t be more grateful. Going forward I am planning to set up my business in 2016 with IT services with Swift Chip… and I certainly won’t fall for a scam call from someone posing as «Dell tech support» again. Swift Chip is a fantastic company! Most small to mid-​size businesses don’t think a whole lot about their IT and how crucially important it is to their company’s well-​being. Only when something crashes and burns do they seek help, and then only put a band-​aid on it. Because, gosh, it seems like such a money dump to spend a lot just on your computers, rather than building your business!
Not so my friends! Investing in the services Swift Chip provides will save you tons of money and headache in the long run, and your business will run smoother and more effectively than ever! I run a very small business, but it would have been dead in the water without Swiftchip. They keep my computers up and running, which is good because I have no tech savvy to speak of. Oh, and the owner who runs the Ventura branch is really charming. :)

This company has impressed me once again… new VPN. new clean machines running good and courteous team members… and fast ! Called them at 930am and they were fixing my machines by 1145am… yeah buddy Swift Chip acts SWIFT allright.

After reading the reviews on Unilocal,I took my computer to Swift Chip to have a virus removed. They did a fantastic job and even sent a technician out to my apt. when I had trouble getting my internet connected back up. They are very knowledgable professionals that go the extra mile to make sure the customer is taken care of. I highly recommend them!

The guys at Swift Chip are the best!!! I got a new printer and it was crazy. They kept working with me until the problem was fixed. Great attitudes (even when I sent frustrating emails to them), very quick service, and quality service. I definitely recommend them.
