Starbucks

Today we had a bad experience my daughter found a piece of plastic on her dink we don’t know if there was any other pieces that she might of drink…

The wonderful thing about Starbucks is you know exactly what you are going to get and can count on it being what you ordered.
I don’t normally go to this Starbucks but I was shopping near by and was in need of some caffeine.
The service was good and the barista was friendly.
The restroom was clean.
The parking was convenient.

These are the rudest people I’ve ever met. Not only do they not look you in the eye or even smile but if you order more than one drink they act like they are super annoyed and basically treat you like crap. As for the drinks: THEY NEVER MAKE THEM PROPERLY. I go here before school because it’s convienent but I hate going in there. They will free pour your milk even when you asked for no foam. They won’t stirr in the syrup so it’s all at the bottom. If you can help it: NEVER GO HERE. And being fellow starbucks barista I say to them: if you can’t do you job right, don’t do it at all

The worst and most unbelievably rude service I’ve ever had in the 20 years I’ve been going to Starbucks. Janet needs to be fired.

The people that work at this Starbucks are incredibly rude especially Janet. I don’t know if they are use to serving high school kids so they think they can get away with talking to people the way they do. I’ve never felt bad for placing an order before and asking for extra ice. I avoid this Starbucks when I’m on this side of town, they make you uncomfortable and it’s not how I’d like to start my day. If you aren’t a morning person don’t work at a coffee shop simple as that.

Had a terrible experience at this location. As a former Starbucks employee I am well aware of the standards employees are held to. Lana was rude, arrogant and had no concept of customer service. It’s very disappointing Starbucks has lowered their standards so much. I will be advising friends and family of this experience for sure and it looks like I will be finding another business to spend my money at.

A good friend introduced me to the iced Americano that coffee bean serves. I’ve come to this Starbucks a few times out of convenience for their version of it. Tastes the same yet it doesn’t. My family came during lunch time. Service was quick and communication Kurt. My sister got the end of the whip cream bottle which was no big deal (to me. she could of asked. i tipped well). We stopped by today and Jasmine helped me find something new that is more on the sweetsie side. Thank you for your patience and suggestions! Wonderful drink. Parking kitty corners the store and there are several seatings outside.

Shout out to the two guys that were closing tonight. I got an email about bonus stars for getting a latte but had no clue which one I wanted to try. with only 5 minutes before closing not only were these two gentlemen helpful but they made me feel welcomed and did not try to rush me. now that is what I call customer service. not to mention of the peach tranquility latte he recommended is incredible. definitely something I would suggest when you are trying to mellow out.

Okay so I love Starbucks at the company in general. I love nurturing they always have the best staff and their café is always clean tidy and welcoming. But with this Starbucks I have one issue and it’s one that bothers me every time I go here. My regular order is a shaken black ice tea lemonade sweetened. The baristas here never shake the tea. So while drinking my tea I am dissatisfied because it’s just taste like tea layered with lemonade layered with sweetener not mix together. And then they just throw ice on the top and handed to you after the tea has been sitting out so it’s warm or room temperature and that’s gross mixed with lemonade. So I don’t think I’m going to be returning to this one I keep giving them chance after chance because it is The closest location to where I live so it’s easiest for me but I am willing to drive an extra mile to another one to make sure that my ice tea get shake and and it doesn’t taste so bad.

The service here is decent. I haven’t had to wait for my coffee long. I mostly come in the mornings around 7am which can get crowded due to the kids coming in from high school. The baristas are very friendly and we always have a smile on their face, something that everyone needs in the morning a great smile! Inside is not so big so did you come across a row quit expression the morning rush. Overall it is clean and well kept also in is in the decent area with the grocery store.

Pretty quick service… Diana is super sweet… she always speaks nice to customers. .and polite..

The employees are always so friendly and nice and make your drink exactly how you want it!

these employees have always been good to me, I do my homework there I walk there all the time I have absolutely no complaints.

A warm atmosphere can only do so much when your drip coffee tastes burned.
Not a bad stop in a pinch, but not my best Starbucks experience by far.

Be warned, don’t come here on a Friday morning. Buena High School is just a block away and on Friday mornings (8 – 10 o’clock) the place is packed with high school kids. Not that I have anything against HS kids, but I waited in line for about 10 minutes before even ordering my drink, only to wait another 10 for it to be ready. Yikes.

When you are tired nothing like a hot coffee can make you feel good. I like the atmosphere in here. I ordered a grande vanilla latte and I got it in a minute or two. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Compare to many other starbucks it is more quiet and you can enjoy drinking your coffee while reading a book or checking your emails.
I loved it.

Good Morning Ventura. I just love starting my morning out visiting my neighborhood Starbucks. When I walk in they know what I want before I order it. We always joke around when ordering and say we should change my drink name to my name. This Starbucks feels like walking into a family home. Everyone is so very nice and pleasant and inviting. Thank you for the great experience each time we visit. I love the seasonal Salty Carmel Mocha. I sub out the mocha syrup with White mocha syrup. Its the best.

It’s Starbucks, what can I say. They are the iPhone of coffee.

The staff here can run so hot & cold… It’s a bit of an odd experience to have one person completely rude, and another quite cordial. I will say that they were moving the drinks along nicely. Barista is doing a great job today :-)

Great Starbucks location. The only problem is, it seems like the local homeless population has decided the outdoor seating area is their new hangout. Let’s just say that, after seeing a homeless guy «cleaning himself» while sitting on the bench outside, I would NEVER even touch their outdoor furniture. I was their the other day, and a guy was sitting on one of their chairs, talking to his friend about how he just got out of prison on parole and doesn’t know where he can find a job.
Like I said, this Starbucks is great. The people and the interior are wonderful, they just need to clean up the «patrons» outside.
