Segovia’s Detailing

Like you, I’ve always taken my car to one of MANY local car washes– spend $ 25 – 30, plus a tip, try to be sold on a wax I don’t need– get the wax– leave with swirl marks and mirror gutters full of water that sprays out when you drive away… all over the «express waxed» car. I was sick of bad quality, over spending on car washes, never really getting the best, and more than anything– the awkward «walk-​around» before you drive away… oh, and the time spent.
So, I did a lot of research to find out if: a. I should wash/​wax/​buff, etc. our cars myself; b. if there’s a really solid, quality car wash nearby; c. if there was a good mobile wash/​detail service in my area. I wasted all of that time.
I noticed Jesse’s van on my street on a weekly basis and the cars he washes were always AMAZING. So, I called Jesse and we set a date.
I have black cars. My neighbors have black cars. Black cars suck if you plan to keep a clean car.
When I called Segovia’s for information about services, scheduling, pricing I was amazed that the owner, Jesse, took the time to call me at home that very day and explain everything to me. I explained that if it were a weekday appointment, I’d have to take one car to my office and leave the other at home and we’d just alternate on a regular basis. Long story short (not really… long winded review here)…Jesse texted me to let me know he arrived for the appointment, he updated me on progress and even sent me a photo. That was impressive customer service. Then I mentioned it probably needed a full detail with wax or clay or magic stuff that he uses… Jesse checked out my concerns he saw all of the issues I wanted dealt with and recommended an extremely reasonable (price) solution that would have taken 4 – 6 hours and extremely under-​priced. Jesse’s a man that knows how to do his job, run a solid client service model and earn repeat business. When I returned at the end of the day– I looked at my car and I was SHOCKED. He made it look brand new, it looks like it is made out of liquid. The exterior was perfect. Minimal swirls, despite needing the full detail! The interior looks better than the day I drove it out of the dealership, and you can eat off of the tires… THE TIRES. I doubt it has looked that good since the plastic delivery wrap was ripped off at the port.
This is a real review. I was not asked to write this. I am writing this because Segovia’s Detailing is amazing and if you are looking for the best car wash/​detailing/​car worship, then call Jesse and write him reviews.
[FYI– he drove 25 miles from his office, 25 miles back to his office, spent 2-​hours on my car (at least), went the extra mile (no pun intended) and only charged me $ 45.00

Kendall at Famous Footwear in Ventura CA is phenomenal! So very helpful AND caring. I have a problem with severe swelling in my feet. She hunted to find a specific pair of sandals that had a compression band on the top. They worked out Perfectly. They helped my feet so much I called and asked if there were any more. She spent a great deal of time searching for me and was able to find 2 more pair for me at different stores and put them on hold for me. Then proceeded to give me specific directions to each store. She is FABULOUS!!!
