Dr. Kroll is a native Californian, born and raised in Northridge. While in his teens, he realized dentistry was the perfect career that would blend his social nature with his love for science and his natural dexterity.

Dr. Kroll graduated in 1982 from Loyola Marymount University where he played Waterpolo and earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Biology. Dr. Kroll began practicing dentistry in Ventura, after earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery at the University of Southern California (USC) in 1986.

Dr. Kroll resides in Ventura with his wife Cathy and son, a senior at Ventura High School. His two daughters are pursuing careers in Medicine and Dentistry. In his spare time, Dr. Kroll enjoys surfing, swimming, maintaining his black belt in Tae Kwon Do, and listening to Jazz and Classical music.

Been a paitent of Dr. Kroll for about 15 years. He has the best equipment, latest procedures and has a great staff. Hands down the best dentist that my family and I have ever been too! Pain free is his specialty.

My wife and I have been patients of Dr Kroll for decades. Does that make us biased? No, as we have had other dentists before.
So foremost — Dr Kroll is on the faculty of the UCLA school of dentistry. He teaches (?) mandibular studies for the graduate school Dentists seeking advanced credentials at UCLA. My niece from Thailand pplied to that program and won admission. She described the UCLA advanced cosmetic surgery program at UCLA as the best in the world for many reasons. And to think Dr Kroll is on the faculty in a program which by one critical dentists’ opinion is that phenominal? Plus he surfs and has one of his daughters coming into the practice with him in the months ahead.
Anyways — I can’t sing enough praise for this being a superior choice for you to consider visiting as a patient. Give it a go I say…

The staff at Dr. Kroll’s office is great. They’re friendly and efficient. I received both phone and email reminders of my appointment. I only had to wait a few minutes before I was taken back to the exam rooms, which are clean and have high-​mounted TVs to watch during the cleaning. Love that! On my first visit, Dr. Kroll sat and talked with me for at least 10 minutes, getting to know me and my general attitude towards dental visits. The appointment goes quickly, because (unlike other dentists I’ve gone to) Dr. Kroll doesn’t try to talk me into a bunch of procedures I don’t need, and I presume my dental insurance would laugh at. It’s a very pleasant experience, overall. Seriously, for the first time ever, I don’t mind going to the dentist.

Alert, Alert, to anyone considering an appointment with this amazingly talented, gentle,
modern, and considerate Christian Dental specialist. Dr. Kroll, has been my family dentist for the last 14 years. He has almost produced miracles for me. He has performed almost every procedure you can think of, and done it above and beyond all of my expectations. I am so fortunate to have been accepted as a patient along with
my 3 other family members all of us for 14 years now. In my opinion he is talented enough to be a Hollywood, or Rodeo Dr., big money maker, but chooses to stay in Ventura, and charge extremely reasonable rates. As far as the office staff goes
Lynn, and the other ladies are true professionals, who represent Dr. Kroll well.
Anyone looking for a dental implant specialist would be lucky to get in here to
get the same quality results as having gone to a dentist of movie stars !!

Been going to Dr. Kroll for over 20 years, and not only does he provide «gentle, dental care», but he and his staff take GREAT pride to provide the BEST care with top of the line equipment, staff and expertise.
His professionalism is second to none, he is attentive and calming, highly educated in the latest techniques and procedures, and has been honored with accreditations few achieve in the dental field. He also teaches at UCLA.
Because of this, i know i can trust what he has to say. i notice he is highly respected by his staff.
I highly recommend him.
I can assure you, if there was an oversight as with the 3 star review, it was an honest mistake. This office and staff are always friendly, and courteous to us. They love their job, and it shows. My family and I will continue to drive nearly an hour to see them.

Currently doing my Invisalign treatment with him. He’s on the Invisalign website and I had several references for him so I’m hoping all goes well. I cracked my tray on a Friday (they were closed) and got a call first thing Monday morning making an appointment. So far so good…

He’s a good dentist. Very nice guy. He’s not the problem though; it’s the office staff. They’re not very detail oriented and they don’t take responsibility for their mistakes. They leave you phone messages basically saying you misunderstood. On a couple of occasions I was given an appointment card with the date on it not matching the box for the day of the week. For example, I was given an appointment card with the Monday box checked but the date they wrote on the date line was not a Monday. Of course I didn’t check the card before I left the office so I called over the weekend and left a message asking for clarification. So what did they do? Someone called me back and left a message saying that she got a message saying that I wanted to change my appointment to Monday and luckily they had a cancellation so that I could come in if I wanted. Really? They’re just not organized so if you’re going to go to Kroll, make sure you double check the paperwork that his staff gives you because there’s a chance it could be wrong.
