Paychex

I do not recommend this company to anybody. Horrible customer service. I work in Simi Valley and within the past 4 months, our paychecks haven’t come in the mail 3 times. When I call them they tell me that theres a fee to re-​issue them when it’s THERE fault they did not come on time. They are very rude and do not have any customer service skills in helping a customer out. They tell me I have to wait until after 2 pm to come down to there Ventura office to pick up my checks when the 101 at that time is unbelievable. I’m speechless and they really know how to ruin a Friday afternoon for someone.

I needed help so I hired Paychex to input my payroll. It did not go well.
This branch office could not be bothered to call me back when I had questions, even though I was new and they made obvious mistakes. They just wanted the account. It has been one major problem after another. Maybe another branch office would be better but in my opinion, this one is terrible. I am giving it one star because ONE person finally stepped up to the plate and tried to help me, for her sake, it gets one star or else I’d tell you to run. I am being generous by giving one star. Of interest, the employee who tried to help me wasn’t the sales person who called me non stop to get my business nor was it the manager of this branch to whom I left messages and countless emails. I hear Intuit is a good company, and they are giving two months free!
