Ken came out and gave me an estimate that was exactly what I paid. His guys did a great job, very efficient and professional and I would gladly recommend him to anyone out there. The wife and I had a very small front yard and smaller back portion in an alley and it was weeded and mulched. Looks great, our neighbor can suck it now and stop worrying about a few weeds in a tiny front yard.

Ken and his team did an amazing job of beautifying my yard! From removing all the fallen leaves, pruning all my bushes and roses, fertilizing my trees, removing an unwanted palm tree to mowing the lawn and planting a plethora of new annuals, I couldn’t be more pleased, and the price was RIGHT! I would use this team to maintain my yard on a regular basis if it weren’t that he has no other accounts in my city. Look no further for you yard care needs!!!

Pacific Coast Landscape has a lot of good things going for it. The owner Ken is always very quick to respond to calls and questions. The crew that worked on my job was always busy and on time. They left the property picked up every day. The actual cost of my backyard remodel was only $ 250 above the initial agreed upon bid which was totally acceptable as we tweaked some things here and there during the project. Start to finish was only two weeks and that included demo, grading, drainage and sprinkler installation, new retaining wall, new flagstone patio and sod. The only reason that I didn’t give five stars is because they rely on the customer to provide all the direction and design. I did not get the sense that creativity is one of their strong suits. So, research your materials and get a good idea of what you want in hand prior to getting the estimate. If you know what you want, they can do a very good job making it happen for a reasonable price.
***Update — I found a leaky fitting and called PCL. That same day they came out and repaired the issue with no problems or charge. It was indicated to me that almost all of the work would be under this kind of warranty for about a year. Excellent and appreciated response.
