On Main Street, this is a great hippy juice bar and restaurant — café style. Grab a menu. Get in line. Order and they bring to your table. Food was a 20 minute wait. Fairly expensive for what you get. Avg sandwich $ 8 – 10. I had falafel pita. Only 3 falafel stuck in bottom of pita. Rest was sprouts and tons of carrots. 3⁄5 rating Son 1 had fish tacos. He said they were good but again, way too much carrots. 4⁄5 rating Son 2 has a vegetarian burrito he said it was good but did not have enough spice. 3⁄5 rating. Not sure I’d come back. 2 hours later and 2 stops at public rest areas w tummy ache.. Bacteria perhaps in food.

Do not eat here! May make you sick and at best you’ll overpay for tasteless, old food. Friend got very sick here. Ended up with an infection that antibiotics did not help! She’s been seeing a doctor for over a year for this! Bad fish, although was cooked, might have contaminated the rest of the meal. This means either the meat is not being kept cold enough, was expired, or they are not keeping their kitchen clean enough and other food items are being infected. Since this happened, she’s heard from several other people that they have gotten sick here too. For me(luckily I didn’t get sick), the food was waaaay overrated. Ya, they use vegetables and don’t sell soda– what else makes this place so «natural» though? Everything I tried tasted bland/gross and had a weird texture. Not worth it!

One of my favorite places to eat in DTV. I normally get food to go, but eating in is calm and relaxing. The food is always fresh and the staff is always nice and on occasion dressed for the seasons, which is pretty cool too. This place has never let me down on the flavor and portion sizes.

Don’t waste your time here!!! Over priced and took forever! Customer service sucked. 5 people that ordered after us got their food before us. Shouldn’t take that long for a turkey burger(30min). The place seemed unorganized.

Got take-out from here when looking for a good healthy lunch. I got the falafel which was very good, and it came out quickly. The staff was very pleasant and I appreciated the extensive sandwich menu. There are both meat and vegetarian options, and lots of soups as well. You go up and order from the counter, so the place is pretty casual. Come here to eat healthy and not ruin your diet.

I ordered the chicken enchiladas because they are usually very good and stuffed with chicken. Was there on Sunday and am very disappointed. The enchiladas were mostly rice and beans, very little chicken. It was Sunday afternoon and they were out of 2 tap beers. The man at the counter said they had a very busy Saturday and were short on some items. Better to say you’re out of something than make a half baked effort and serve something inferior. I will go here again because the food is usually very good, but if the food is like my last visit I won’t go again.

Really like this local place with healthy food! Food has always been fresh. I’d enjoy to see a vegan menu, although they can make most items vegan.

I really wasn’t feeling like going out tonight, but I was starving. I decided to go to Natures Grill for the healthy selections. I approached the counter and was greeted by spirited woman named Katherine who was full of vigor. She took our order and she was very kind and pleasantly polite. Our food was hearty and we left with a sense of fullness and our melancholy had lifted off of our persons. We feel refreshed. Thank you Katherine and Natures Grill. We shall return!

I went for a last minute dinner with a couple of friends I hadn’t seen in a while and we ended up at Nature’s Grill. The girl at the counter was very friendly and accommodating as were the other staff members who interacted with us. I went with the turkey burger and side salad. Both the salad and the vegetables on the burger were very fresh, crisp and tasty. The burger was thick and juicy and cooked well. While turkey burger isn’t my first choice, it was the only burger made of actual meat, so I went ahead with it. If you’re looking for a place to eat healthy and not end up with 1500 calories of who knows what on your plate, then Nature’s Grill will be just fantastic.

I love this place. I usually order the chicken enchilada and hubby gets the portobello burger. Both are delicious. Nachos are good too. Every salad is big and filling and packed with quality ingredients(no iceberg lettuce here!). The service is always friendly and fast, even when they are slammed(which is often!). I’ve never had a bad experience here. Just good food.

My wife and I ordered Falafel pita sandwiches. Tasted okay(alfalfa sprouts were weird in it). About an hour later we both had stomach issues which continue into the dinner hour. I won’t be going back.

Came in tonight for the first time, since deciding to eat more consciously. Saw the pictures on Unilocal and decided to give this place a go. I found this Gem in Ventura and was not disappointed. I couldn’t decide between the char-broiled turkey burger and the avocado chicken sandwich so my partner and I got both and split them. Quality of the food was great, very fresh. Service was great and overall ambience was relaxing.

Loved this restaurant! Every option was healthy and looked so delicious. I wound up getting the black bean enchiladas and it came with a light salad on the side. The enchilada sauce was wonderful! Inside there was rice and black beans and a bit of cheese, light and still filling! The salad tasted wonderful on the side, and the bean sprouts really complimented the dish. The service was wonderful and fast, it was also extremely affordable for healthy food, which made me very happy. Will definitely return!

This place is an almost exact knock off of the Natural Café, from the Tahini sauce to the buddah statues and décor right down to the water station. Even their name is similar. At least the font is different. Wow, I just looked around again– Same pine wood seats framed with dark green trim as the Natural Café too. Seems like they wanted to start a Natural Café but didn’t want to pay the franchise fees

I will be dreaming of this place until my next trip to California! I’m a fitness junkie as well as a dietitian to be and this place hits every spot. I really enjoyed the healthy options and I felt great eating here. The salad was very fresh and tasty. The lemon herb dressing was amazing! Can’t wait to eat here again

I have been coming here for years. Natures Grill on Main is perfect for a healthy meal! What’s nice is the variety for either a Vegan, Vegatarian or they do offer poultry and fish. Always fresh too! I love the veggie stirfry and I add grilled tofu. The salad with the tahini dressing is amazing. My husband likes the turkey burger or the pesto pasta. You won’t be disappointed!

I’m about as healthy and organic as I can be, which means not very if I’m honest. I’ve stopped in here a few times when I get an overwhelming need for green leafy vegetables in the form of a huge salad. I’ve sampled their Greek salad that comes with chicken, olives, artichoke hearts, and all the feta I can inhale. Can’t get a salad wrong and the Greek salad is delicious. The place seems to appeal to a diverse group of people and what I’ve had was very good. No complaints from me.

It’s okay. The seasoning is good but a little bland. This also looks like a hamburger lol. At first I thought it was the wrong order. This is the kind of place you only go once. Not worth it.

We need more options like Nature’s Grill ’round here! Offering a variety of healthy protein & veggie meals, it’s a wonder why we haven’t ventured in sooner. But we’re here now for din din, so… wacha got, wacha got??? It’s metered parking on the street in front, but there are free parking lots close by and good sized free parking structure behind, that’s also very close. Yup! Nothing wrong with a lil calorie burn so, come on! Show off yur best Richard Simmons impression and chant«Farewell to fat!» Hah! Quite a bit of menu options to peruse through, THANKFULLY, counter service is friendly AND patient. We finally settled on a few things which were brought to our table… *VEGGIESTUFFEDSPUD: The baked spud’s size is hefty and there’s an abundance of freshly steamed veggies completely masking its existence. It’s all hyped up with their tahini ginger sauce. Filling, flavorful, and minimal cholesterol impact. Just what Wifey wanted. *NATURALBURGER: Even with it’s SOYPATTY, my lil man(11y/o) thought quite highly of this and chomped it up. He’s a carnivore through and through, but he couldn’t even tell this was WAY different from anything in Carl’s Jr. Served with good sized serving BLUE tortilla chips *FALAFELPITA: I enjoyed this. They make their own falafel here and it had a nice consistency. Wrapped in a whole wheat pita with heirloom tomatoes, sprouts, and shredded carrots, it was a yummy alternative to the ubiquitous hamburger. Oh. And that tahini ginger sauce!!! DON’T leave home without it! It’s a game changer ;) *KID’S MAC&CHEESE: Healthy serving of fresh cheese made for some nice ooey gooey-ness! Good size for the young’ins. Also comes with BLUE tortilla chips. No leftovers here ;) *VERYVERYBERRYSMOOTHIE: A mix of strawberry and blueberry with apple juice that turns out to be this tasty purple hued concoction. Big hit with the young squires. *PEANUTBUTTERSHAKE: I chose the soy ice cream route and I could not sense its presence. Creamy and Thick? Yes. Peanutty taste with peanut bits? Yup. This lactose intolerant Asian was one happy camper! We had a good experience here. Tasty creations with friendly & attentive service make this an easy recommendation. And, just so you know, those homemade rice crispy treats that distract you at the register are perfect :)
