Kirby Collision Center is the best. I have (unfortunately) had to use them several times and every time they have exceeded my expectations. Robert went above and beyond to make it as painless as possible. My car was finished way ahead of schedule and it is absolutely perfect. I’m so happy!

These guys are just super efficient & professional! I’ve used them 3 times and they’ve been consistent in their excellent service, going the extra mile. They even did a patch job for me that was virtually indetectible at no extra charge! So hard to find good, honest customer service these days — it’s refreshing :)

I was rear ended in my 2015 Subaru Outback with only about 500 miles on it. I called Kirby Collision Center and talked to Scott Ferguson. He said «don’t worry we will make it look new again». I could tell he was a true professional, and he was very experienced in this job. I was always kept up to date, and the repair looks brand new!!! I highly recommend them. The other guys that work there are very professional and helpful as well.

Scott Ferguson was extremely helpful after I had been rear ended on the 101 freeway. He got in touch with me prior to my having to call over to Kirby Collision to arrange to have my car repaired there. He was thorough and professional. I took my car in on a Monday and got it back Thursday that same week. It looks better than it did before I took it in. I would definitely recommend Kirby Collision to anyone in the Oxnard/​Ventura area who finds themselves in a similarly unfortunate situation. He helped turn my frown upside down.
