This is THE best tanning salon around hands down. I refer everyone I know here … Not only are the wide range of beds offered able to fit any budget but you see results fast and they are clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly professional and knowledgable and always willing to show you how to get the best results. Especially Sarah the manager, she is amazing!! They offer so many services !!! Tanning, angel beauty, laser facials, hydro massage and more!!! I feel younger and better about myself physically since coming here and using they’re wide range of services, I’d give 10 stars if I could. I’ve been coming here 15+years. Just do it!!! You don’t want to go anywhere else !!

Been coming here since 2001 and service is always great! I would give five stars but I feel they are a bit overpriced and that keeps me as just a seasonal shopper. They do have some pretty updated beds and I always get a great tan. I love the combo of using water massage bed, Formostar, and beauty angel too, it’s relaxing and feels amazing.

Horrible services and staff has no knowledge of prices and lacks being friendly or helpful.
They acted like we were bothering them to ask questions. Very dirty beds and changing area.
DONT WASTE your MONEY or time. Seek others. Went Several Times to be hopeful but FAILED…

I have been a member for several years. It is very clean and staff is nice. I Agree with everyone on the «missing“management staff. DO NOT buy their lotions and tanning products. They do NOT stand behind them. I used a new brand 90 $ and ended up with severe burn and had to go to the doctor. After numerous calls for a refund or replacement they refused. Buy your lotion from a reputable dealer only!

I bought a groupon for endless summer tanning so I could get a base tan before I go on vacation. I am in LOVE! The staff is sweet and helpful. they didn’t try to upsell me on a better package or lotions. They answered all my questions and never make me feel rushed or unimportant (even tho Im using a lower level bed and groupon). I can see myself being a regular this summer for sure :)

Just went in to renew my $ 49 — 10 session package. I have tanned there for over a year as does my daughter and it always renews at the same price. Today they told me it was $ 89. This is the basic level and that is just WAAAY to much. It strikes me as odd that as we near summer when everyone wants to tan they almost double their prices. No customer loyalty!!! Terrible business practice. Won’t be back.
P. S. Also they keep the place too hot. It was 95 in Ventura last week and I went into tan and it was 90 INSIDE the tanning salon. I asked the girl if the air was on and she said she was told it was on. There is no way the air was on so I left only to come back today and have the experience above.

I love this tanning salon! I worked at a tanning salon over 10 years ago and I know how dirty some can be. Endless Summer is super clean, the staff is friendly, there is always parking and they have a ton of lotions to purchase. I’ve had a membership for 6 years and never had any issues with payments.

No stars. Yeah the girls here are nice, but they obviously do not know how to take down appointments. If you do not know how to take a simple name over the phone & write it down, they obviously do not know how to multitask. Idc if my review was a little harsh, but I’m an unhappy customer. I show up & don’t get serviced? There front desk girls are what you call a «typical dumb blonde.»

Love this place! Clean machines and the girls are so nice! Love the Beauty Angel. A must is the Chi massage! Best spray tan too!

I had a monthly membership since January 2012. In August, I cancelled my account — or so I thought I did. I wasn’t expecting any charge from them in the months following so I didn’t have much money in the account tied to my debit card. In November, I had some extra spending money so I put more money into that account. I was then charged the monthly $ 66 that I thought I cancelled. When I noticed it, I called the store to ask what happened. The first gal I spoke with made it seem like I actually owed more money. She then got a manager who first tried to tell me that it hadn’t been a year since I started my membership so I wasn’t able to cancel. Pretty sure it’s been over a year since I signed up in January 2012. She laughed it off and basically said oops. She said she would look into it and call me back. A week later, I hadn’t heard anything so I went into the store. I spoke with a gal who was probably the most apologetic out of everyone I dealt with. She wrote a note for a manager and said someone would call me back. Now to today. I called and asked to speak with a manager. I was told she wasn’t in yet but that a message would be left for her and she would call me. I hadn’t heard from anyone so I decided to go in. It was the same manager who I spoke with two weeks ago. She said she called me and left a message. I told her I never got one. She said that since there wasn’t any paperwork on my cancellation, there was nothing they could do but offer me free tans. All I want is my money back. This manager basically made it seem like I was lying about signing a cancellation form and that because I wasn’t charged in September that maybe I assumed that I cancelled without actually doing it. Generally in customer service, it’s not advisable to tell a customer she’s lying.
While it may be the official policy to not refund money (which means it’s the owners fault and not the managers), I am completely unsatisfied with the way the situation was handled. It boils down to «oops we lost your paperwork and charged you but we aren’t going to refund your money. How about a tan?» This is a seriously poor policy that needs to be corrected. And from some other reviews, it looks like I’m not alone.

This place has totally dominated the award for WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. They made the mistake of calling the wrong phone number, which in turn made that person think that I was stealing their identity and credit card info when my services were used by a GROUPON– I’ve NEVER used my credit card here! They left me an awkward message saying that if I wanted to move forward with my scheduled appointment, I would have to provide identification to prove who I am– nightmare! They never once admitted that it was THEIR fault calling the wrong customer and never once apologized to me for treating me like a criminal. They also didn’t assure me that they would call the other person and tell them it was their mistake. If they would have just apologized and maybe even offered me a free tan, I would have gotten over it. But with how they acted, I am never going back. Customer service is a big deal.

**UPDATE**
Received a phone call from the manager (who remained nameless, for whatever reason) stating that they would refund me half of the over $ 500 that the business owed me and would make up the rest in in-​store credits (who wants to use a business that ripped them off??). Now I work incredibly hard for my money and $ 500 may not seem like a lot of money to some people but it is to me. Even though I was told I would be receiving a check for approximately $ 274.00 it has been almost 3 months and I STILL have not received anything from endless summer. I called the store looking for the manager again and of course no one was around. Regardless of their «good deals» and what other people who write good reviews about this business (who are probably paid to do so or get some sort of discount) They of course are the exception. TERRIBLE BUSINESS!!!

The women here are absolutely rude, definitely need to work on customer service skills. Will not be going here again. The only positive is the number and type of beds, even then not worth my time being frowned at, and to have to deal with some of the employees who act so exasperated to help you.

I’ve been a customer here and at their Oxnard location for more than 20 years. I know Jim the owner and I can say their staff are fantastic. There are some angry posts here about ‘expired’ packages. However, when you buy a package of say 50 tans for a certain price, there is usually a time limit. Like a year. So, people can’t be getting mad if they don’t use their tanks in that time frame. That’s just silly.
My experience, they have always been awesome. Never ripped me off. Always gave me great deals, always 100% satisfied completely. They are a very wonderful business. I’m not friends with any of them outside of being a customer, but I know these people they want to give you the best experience.
By the way they have way more than just tanning.
They offer body wraps that help you lose weight. Teeth whitening systems, stand up weight loss systems, massage beds, red light therapy to remove wrinkles, tone skin and make you look younger, and several different kinds of beds, they have different locations to suit your needs and if you have a member ship at the Ventura location you can go to the Oxnard location and still use your membership and try different beds over there. I believe they also have a Camarillo location, though I’ve not been to it.
The prices and packages can get pretty pricey, but you get lots of bonuses.
You’ll get a good tan no matter if you pay for the level 1 for $ 29 a month or the highest level for $ 199 a month, the levels offer you loads of bonuses, and use of all kinds of different beds and they toss in a lot of freebees. It depends on your budget I guess. I can easily go to the grocery store and blow $ 100 on crap, might as well save the $ 100 for tanning. If I was to recommend any tanning salon it would be this one and this is by far the best I have been to ever in my life anywhere I have lived.
Don’t listen to the negative stuff, because those people are just mad that their set of tans expired… do the month to month they’re unlimited tans and don’t expire. Buy a bulk set, they do expire… they don’t last forever, they’re limited time, because they are only for the ‘beds’ they currently have, if you held on to that tan bulk package for 3 or 4 years, and then tried to use it, how would that be fair if the future bed packages are way more expensive?
Anyhow, the best place, just go you’ll love it!

My personal Ventura Club Med! There is no tanning salon, anywhere that offers the services, awesome customer service, and fantastic values like Endless Summer!!! I have tanned, and used spray tanning, and infra red, as well as tried a few versions of body wraps in 5 states that I’ve lived, and a few I’ve visited, over 35 years, and hands down Endless Summer stands alone!!!

Ok I will clarify… When I called to make sure my tans were still in Endless Summer’s system, I was told my tans had expired. Endless Summer has changed their computer system numerous times and your info gets wiped out. In the past (during my 10 years at Endless Summer) my tans never expired, that is why I would buy such a large pkg. So overall «all the kindness in the world won’t make a person feel appreciated when the store steals their money». I have taken my business to another tanning salon. So beware of this shady salon!
