If you want to take a hot shower better go out into the 30f windy balcony to turn the gas to the heater off during winter. then if you want your heater back on have fun going outside again with wet hair to turn it back on. considering how ppl usually shower at night or morning the coldest parts of the day its never going to be warm. you’ll also have to turn the gas to the heater off if you want to do dishes or use the dishwasher, or even wash your face, other wise you are met with cold water. I was told it was to save energy. yea it sure saves fucking energy when i cant have the heater and hot water on at the same time.

I moved to Colony Parc on July 30, 2015 and had a concern that came up shortly thereafter. Without going into detail, I want to emphasize that there was no fault involved on either my part or Colony Parc’s. I appealed to the manager and, after an understandable delay while she consulted the corporate office, I got an acceptable answer. It wasn’t the exact solution I had requested, but a fair compromise and I think it’s important to note that Colony Parc had no obligation to accommodate at all. I’m perfectly satisfied with the outcome and want to note the unfailing courtesy and professionalism of all the office staff, especially Business Manager Janel Babauta.

Okay, so today was my last day here at Colony Parc as a resident after 8 months & all i can say is that i will definitely refer any friend or family to this apartment complex. First off, the staff, specifically: Karen, Janelle & Chasity are just the most accomodating, nicest yet professional individuals who work in the office. They were always willing to help & answer any questions.
As far as the apartment itself, i had no problems with anything. Surprisingly, everything worked properly the whole 8 months. The maintenence men & gardeners were very polite, always said hi.
The area is too perfect with easy access to both the 101 and 126 freeways. Shopping and good food is always withing walking distance.

Pretty cozy place. My roomate and I were both looking for a change, and Colony Parc has exceeded our expectations. The office staff is super nice and helpful, the gardening is kept up pretty well. We live close to the pool and the security people always make sure to close down the parties that are going on right at 10pm, so we can get some sleep. Neighbors are really nice too. It’s close to all the shops I need (Trader Joes, Barnes and Noble, Lassens, etc…) and right off the freeway… just very convenient. I feel like I live in a spa. I am very happy here.

The apartment was great. The amount of work that needed to be done after moving out was a bit unexpected. Our dogs required new carpet the be put in but the other costs were surprising. Definitely take good care of the place and fix every ding you can find before you leave!

Since I’ve lived at Colony Parc, I’ve had nothing but the best service and experiences. The office staff Janel, Amber & Karen are always so nice and are happy to answer any and all questions. The 2 pools, workout room, business center and movie room are always kept clean and modern. Every maintenance staff I’ve come across while walking my dog smiles, waves and I’ve even had conversations with some. All the neighbors I’ve met so far are really nice which is a huge added bonus. I absolutely love where I live and only wish I had moved here sooner. I’ve already recommended Colony Parc to a few of my friends who are looking for a new place to live. –Dee Dee
