Dr. Lautt was recommended by our dentist, and we have very pleased with our experience with him so far. The staff is friendly and helpful. Dr. Lautt even called us on the weekend when the office was closed once because our son had lost a tooth and his retainer was no longer fitting well. His caring attitude and patience for our endless questions is really refreshing. The waiting room has video games for the kids and they are always running fun contests and games to keep things enjoyable in the office. No complaints so far!

My daughter has been seeing Dr. Lautt for 9 months now and had seen great improvement in her teeth. I find the entire staff friendly and helpful. They’ve been really accommodating with squeezing us into the schedule when needed. I’m very happy with the services we’ve received here.

I am currently under their care for orthodontic treatment. I absolutely love going in to see them! The staff is so sweet and friendly and I feel like I’ve known them for years as well as Dr. Lautt is very friendly and really cares for his patients! My teeth look so amazing after a year, I can’t wait to see the finished results! :)

first of all, every single employee is extremely bitter. It takes 30 minutes of waiting before anyone will help or discuss an overview of what exactly will be happening to my teeth. meanwhile, the assistants are all having side-​conversations about their boyfriends.
I was charged $ 50 for an office fee to remove a retainer placed on the inside bottom teeth, and seemed to have forgot about for 3 years. every dentist I’ve been to has complained about this method of retaining because it’s «old fashioned» and very difficult to clean teeth around… They left glue in the bottom, as they did when I got my braces removed.
they keep trying to charge me more and more money for different retainers, but i am done spending money, and done with any more orthodontic care. my teeth are pin-​straight, but it was not worth the bitchy employees, extra charges, long waiting time, and unprofessional, sloppy work.

My daughter was under his care for several years, including braces, headgear and retainers. She religiously followed his regimen. After it became apparent that her teeth were not looking as they should, we took her to two different orthodontists, both of whom said that the damage that had been done to her mouth was probably not repairable! They recommended immediate removal of the appliances that Dr Lautt had installed. Never has he acknowledged the problems she had, or made any attempts to compensate us for the thousands of dollars and the years that my daughter endured wearing the appliances. Think twice…

Great place to have orthodontic work done. The staff is friendly and Dr Lautt does a fantastic job. They guide you every step of the way and you really never feel like your left in the dark when it comes to what is going to happen next or what to expect. Awesome place.
