Steven C.
Business Owner
Dr. Chang is a board-certified ophthalmologist who is fellowship-trained in cornea and external disease, and refractive surgery. After earning his undergraduate degree at UCLA studying biology and physics, he received his medical degree at the University of California, San Francisco. He then completed his internship at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center, and ophthalmology residency at the Medical College of Virginia. Following that, he served a fellowship in cornea and external disease at the University of California, Davis.
