The customer service from Norvan was excellent! I had laminate flooring and carpet installed in my home and it came out perfect. The installers were very professional and completed the job within the stated time frame. I could not have asked for a better experience! Will definitely recommend Carpeteria to friends and family.

Mike was amazing to work with. We bought carpet for two rooms a hallway and stairs. He helped us choose the perfect carpet for our condo. He showed up on time to measure everything and we got really close to our original estimate. It was actually $ 100 less than expected. He was professional and honest. His crew showed up on time and completed the install faster than we expected. Overall we had a great experience with Mike and Carpeteria and will use them again. Our carpets looks so good that we changed our mind on selling our condo. :)

While remodeling our kitchen, we reconfigured where our appliances were going and needed a few more tiles. I emailed Carpeteria and received a call within an hour about the tile. While the tile is no longer manufactured we were able to go to the store and purchase old stock tile no longer used that was a close match.
We are so appreciative and impressed with the quality of service and personnel that when we need flooring we will be using this Carpeteria will be our go to place. I will be recommending them to family and friends.

Mike Stein at Carpeteria of Ventura was the best to deal with. He has very easy to deal with and gave us a Great Price and did not keep adding extras on. It took us 3 years to pick the correct carpet for our house and he kept the paperwork the whole time. I would highly recommend Carpeteria of Ventura.

We came to Carpeteria after having trouble with Empire Today for carpet, and I’m so happy we did! Ask for Mike Stein, he is fantastic and gave us great service and advice. We went in on a Saturday and got to browse the huge showroom. Mike gave us a great recommendation and came out to personally measure our three bedrooms that same day. The price quoted was per square foot and includes everything. They were able to install by Tuesday and it was done in only a few hours! It looks fantastic and the carpet is so soft! We will be back when we are ready to redo our wood floors!

This is my third time using Mike Stein at Carpeteria on Main Street in Ventura. I go back because every experience has been great! First had some carpet installed, then they did my entire two story condo with laminate and tile. Now we moved again to a single family home and got gorgeous Maple flooring and some new carpet for a couple bedrooms. The installers are excellent, my new paint is unharmed even after the extensive demo needed. They put everything back and took care to clean everything up. Mike came by to check on the job and really took care of us. I am extremely happy, so if we move again I’ll be back!!!

About 4 years ago we had a small laminate flooring job that Mike Stein took care of for us. Even though it was a very small job, Mr. Stein treated us, and the job, with respect and a level of service that ordinarily would be reserved for only the best customers. As a result we sought Mr. Stein for another larger job in our home. Again, Mr. Stein and his installers exceeded expectations. Finally, we had a substantial job in a two story rental that Mr. Stein managed for us. This job was complicated in that there was a very tight time line to accommodate the renters’ move in date. As expected, Mr. Stein and his Carpeteria crew got it done. It has been a pleasure doing business with Carpeteria and Mr. Stein.

Great service! Mike did terrific job helping us pick our wood floors. He was not aggressive to make a sale, but more concerned that we install wood flooring that would go well in our house. Wow, did he deliver. We now have beautiful flooring in hallway that blends very well with our house. The installers were on time and did a terrific job too. We will give them repeat business

My wife and I recently purchased new flooring from the Ventura Carpeteria on Main Street. We were extremely pleased with the entire experience! First of all, the price was by far the best we were quoted on a particular flooring we had decided upon after shopping many places. Secondly, they were willing to be competitive with the installation prices we had previously been quoted. We also were given a great quality padding for a much better price than their competitors. The customer service was outstanding! On top of everything else, the installation went quickly and smoothly… and the results were perfect! We could not be any happier with the overall experience and with our new flooring! We would highly recommend this business to anyone who is looking for new flooring!!!

Norv & Hyco were extremely professional through & through. They assisted in selection and went above & beyond. We were attempting to schedule installation after another trade «One Week Bath». Norv showed NO irritation that we had to reschedule 3xs due to OWB’s constant delays. Our carpet selection was Mama Mia, a THICK shag that the installer brilliantly handled. going over & around stairs, an entry closet, along the wall & tightly around oval cut outs. It seemed an impossible task! Carpeteria has been THE ONLY trade that delivered the «what, when & how» that was promised. A great experience all around, worth taking the time to write about!

Home Depot did a lousy job selling and installing counters in my home, so I was full of trepidation when looking for carpet and linoleum for my home. The salesman at Carpeteria immediately put me at ease with his obvious long experience in the business. He took his time to explain things well. I had very uneven floors, and Mike explained the processes for overcoming that. I love the fact that Carpeteria’s pricing includes installation and pad. HD nickels and dimes you, including a per-​room charge for moving furniture. Carpeteria’s own installers were considerate, smart and did an excellent job.

Just had our entire house (yes…bathrooms and kitchen too) done in wood laminate from Carpeteria. We are very pleased with the floor and love it.
Martin and his crew (son, brother, cousin) worked harder then I have ever seen anyone work and got the job done in 2 days instead of 3. They did the demo of our tile (lots of it) and carpet too. They were neat, didn’t ding up one wall, polite and boy do they know their business. The floor where it goes under the door moldings is perfect and the only two pieces where we needed trim (sliding glass doors) is in itself a work of art. They even did their own staining of the quarter round for the kitchen and it matches perfectly. There is not one thing I can say that isn’t good about this crew. I would highly recommend them. Thanks Carpeteria. Thanks Norv!
