Used this service to pick up my future mother in law up from the airport. Referred by a friend. I had them pick up flowers on the way that I ordered so that they would be in the back waiting for her when she got in the limo. They were already their waiting for her when she arrived. Safe driver, clean ride. She was very impressed with their services. You can trust that they will get the job done every time.

I booked Blackhawk Transportation & Limousine Service for my friends birthday celebration as a last minute decision. I am glad I did! Since I didn’t have time to prepare anything our driver was awesome enough to recommend some great places to visit and to eat. We had such a great night, the limousine was clean, smelled great and our driver got us everywhere safely and on time.
My girlfriends and I loved it!

My family along with 2 other families were going on a cruise to Alaska and getting taxis to LAX was too costly since we had so many people. So I called a lot of transportation companies asking for quotes and Blackhawk had some of the best rates! They arrived at our pick up location earlier than expected, and their limos were beautiful. Next time our huge group needs a lift to the airport, I’m happy I won’t have to shop around!

I can’t say enough good things about our experience with American Luxury Limousine. The limo was very clean, spacious, and easily held my friends and I. My friend found this limousine service for her daughter’s 16th birthday and boy did the kiddos have the time of their lives! We loved watching the girls sing songs, while watching a 5 Shades of Summer music video on the TV screen.
The moms and I sat in the back of that stretch Hummer Limo watching as we sipped our sparkling cider and champagne. We too the limo staff suggestion and planned a fun scavenger hunt for the girls, which was a real hit! Thank you all for the fabulous service and all the fun we had. :)

I wanted to surprise my wife with a town car ride to LAX to start our Hawaiian vacation versus driving ourselves. Everyone’s prices were within a similar range but these guys were the most friendly & helpful of all the calls I made to inquire about services. I booked them & instead of my wife being surprised with a town car, they surprised me with a full stretch limo! What a way to start our trip out & while I fully don’t expect the limo tomorrow when we get back, it was so awesome that I won’t ever bother shopping around next time we need a car service. Class people & outstanding customer service. A+++ & highly recommended.
I wanted to add that we were picked up by the same driver (Amy) & she was awesome again. Very nice clean escalade (I think maybe suburban). Anyway, great driver, great service, will use again.

As of October 2013, Blackhawk is now run by American Luxury Limo, who I had a very positive experience with for a bachelorette party at Malibu Wines. Zeke was very helpful with setting up our event, and even offered to book our table reservation at Malibu Wines for us, so we just booked the limo and the tasting altogether, and even got a cheaper rate than it would have been going through Malibu Wines (who told us all their tables were already booked).
Mark our driver arrived on time, was very helpful and courteous and professional, and clearly knew the route and the whole Malibu WInes deal. He was helpful with arranging the schedule to get us back on time without charging us any extra time. He also was very cool and understanding when we showed up with a very drunk (docile but a bit over-​intoxicated) bride-​to-​be for our return travel. He let us know (in the nicest way possible) that it would be an extra $ 300 fine if anyone puked in the limo, so we brought a bucket and didn’t have any problems. One thing to know ahead of time — the limos come with some liquor bottles included, but if you don’t drink the liquor you can’t take the bottles with you (it’s a law). BUT, if you want to get all your money’s worth you can empty the liquor into another bottle and take it with you. You just can’t legally take the bottle they provide. We had no need for more booze at that point so we just left the bottles as is.
The limo itself was a Hummer and had plenty of comfy room for 13 people. It says it seats up to 20, but I think having less than 18 would probably be best so you have some room to move around. The sound system worked great, we hooked up our iPhone and could control the sound and the temp easily. It did get a little hot at one point but it was a hot day and it’s a big car to cool down.
Would definitely recommend using them for Malibu Wines, or anything else you need a sober/​luxe ride for!

We had an amazing limousine experience yesterday! Me and 7 of my friends got a limo and went wine tasting. We met at Stonehaus in Thousand Oaks, and from there went to Malibu wines. Our driver was rich and he was training someone (I’m so bad with names I already forgot his name) but they were both amazing. Of course with 8 girls we wanted to take pictures here there and everyone and they were glad to every time without hesitation. They provided a bottle of champagne, and some other alcohol along with sodas and waters. They explained to us how to use all the controls for the music, air, and lights and were sure to open up the doors every time we got in and out. It’s safe to say this was the best limo service I’ve had yet! Thank you guys, we’ll definitely be working together again!
