Our small-​batched baked goods are prepared on-​site from family recipes and innovative minds. We try to use the freshest and most locally sourced ingredients possible; heirloom grains and unbleached flour, and organic wherever possible.

Too bad moving out of the area. Finally some great coffee on the shore. Tried the cappuccino just the perfect blend. The wife loved her iced coffee. The lemon cake was absolutely divine. Will definitely be visiting again before moving out.

This is the real deal! Amazing pastries. Love the fact that they are unusual and include a mix of grains. It’s everything I like to bake but here I don’t have to! And the coffee was very good as well.

Café 7311 is not a five. its a ten. Its not just the lovely, eclectic and delicious sweets. Its not just the pleasant, warm and comforting atmosphere. Its not just the robust coffee. Its not just the excellent customer service, big windows, shabby chic furniture, floral and fruit art and perfectly placed mirror. Its about the positive vibe that permeates the whole environment of this lovely neighborhood coffee house. Highly recommended.

I had the most amazing experience here. Every baked good was labeled with every ingredient, pleasing the most choosy or person and people with allergies. The buckwheat pear muffin and chocolate rye cookies were amazing, and price was quite fair. Also had a delish hibiscus-​stevia leaf tea. The gals working were very friendly. Bright location with huge windows and large tables was also welcoming. I will be back at every opportunity!

Espresso was perfectly made and the home made pumpkin mixture was really good. The buckwheat and fig scone so delicious — moist inside, crisp outside. A really great find, if I lived here I would be a frequent visitor!

EVERY single thing I have tried here has been amazing. The names/​ingredients may sound odd (olive oil wine cookie), but I have been here several times and blown away every-​time. Employees are all very sweet and you can tell there is a sense of pride at this place.

Excellent Coffee! I love that I can walk here in the morning for a fresh cup of coffee and maybe a pastry! Staff is super friendly and helpful. They have water bowls outside for dogs, so when I came here with my mom, we were able to take our pup and sit outside. The ambiance is upscale and homey at the same time. I love the décor, and there is a seating both inside (tables as well as comfortable chairs/​small couches) and outside. There is often a line, but staff does their best to keep things moving. Items from the bakery are also delicious!

Finally, great coffee on Absecon Island
When I heard that Cookie Till was opening a café, I had high hopes. When I heard that they were serving George Howell coffee, I was very excited.
The coffee was delicious! Espresso was all I hoped it would be. Brewed Costa Rican Terrazu was spot on. I bought an assortment of pastries and they are delicious!
