Hi, I’m Audrey Okulick! Founder and owner of The Workshop LA. I started this company after working for 10+ years in the fashion industry both in New York and Los Angeles. I am the girl who had a million jobs when I was first starting out and understand how challenging it can be to find the perfect fit. I founded The Workshop LA to make peoples job searches easier and to help companies find exceptional talent. I love professional matchmaking and take pride in the special relationships I have with both my clients and candidates.

I was born and raised in Santa Monica, CA and have worked for companies including Zac Posen, Aveda/​Estee Lauder, The California Market Center and Advanstar. I understand the wholesale and manufacturing business better then most because I’ve worked inside it. I love fashion and understand the importance of hiring good people. I am here to listen to what a company is looking for and bring you your next professional investment.

I can’t express how happy I am to have stumbled upon Workshop LA and Audrey. She is amazing! She definitely listens to what you are looking for, what direction you want your career to be headed, and so on. We have never met in person, but she feels like a close friend. Definitely hard working (I sent her my resume Sunday and she replied the same day!). She took the stress out of job hunting. I still ask her questions on how to go about certain things and she still replies just as fast. I recommend her and the Workshop LA team 200%. I’ve never reviewed anyone on Unilocal,but this place deserves the shoutout!
