The Feel Good Lounge, and its pursuit of Radiant Health began in 2003, when creator, Matt Gaffney, got inspired by an acquaintance living a ultra healthy lifestyle. Radiant health of the body and mind became a labor of love for Matt Gaffney, and he later took his perspective on a radiant health lifestyle to the public. The Chocolate Sundae Paradox is a working title for Matts health philosophy and it is also the name of one of the raw puddings distributed in LA health food stores. Matt continues to pursue radiant health and share his findings on his website, blog, youtube channel, and via his food line.

Matthew Gaffney is a health and nutrition enthusiast. During Matthews pursuit of Radiant Health, he developed a working book title called ‘The Chocolate Sundae Paradox’ and is also the premise of a raw superfood pudding and raw nut mylk line, that is sold in health food stores in the LA area. The mission of The Feel Good Lounge is the pursuit of radiant health, which Matthew defines as: radiant expression of one’s physical body and radiant expression of one’s unique and signature gifts. Matt expresses his idea’s via private sessions, radiant health classes, food line, blog, and youtube channel.
