The service for my car is great until now.

Sorry, what do you mean with this sentences?
Out of your control? Did you sell customer data or what does it mean?
It’s on YOUR behalf but OUT OF YOUR controls?
Do you answer this also if customer have might problems with the car or warranty??? Just a question… The questions was out of my control but on my behalf.
You still NOT stopp sending me mails with really stupid advertisement:
FYI: I sold you my car one year ago and I bought a new car at you shop.
Since then YOU are trying to buy my car. again and again … and don’t stop bothering me to try buying my old car.
Remember: I sold you this car already one year ago.
AND, since then YOU are trying to sell me a new car again and again and again…
Remember, I already bought a new car from you one year ago.

I have nothing but good things to say about the attitude, courteousness, and eagerness to please of the staff we met there. Upon the passing of my grandfather, we had to return a Kia Soul he had leased just a few months earlier. The staff made ample time to meet with us, accepted the car back with assurances it would be taken care of without charge, and gave many condolences on our family’s sudden loss. I can see why my Grandfather was eager to give them his business, especially with assurances that if his health turned, there would not be problems. We were told the same too.
Unfortunately, we received a $ 4200 lease cancellation bill from Kia a few months later. The paperwork that was signed had no mention of any policies around death, and when we asked the dealership about it, we were given vague answers by staff and eventually told there is no such policy. You would think a company called «sunset» kia would be more familiar with policies around death.
I’m not saying they are evil, but at least if you sign your Soul over to the devil, he doesn’t send you a bill.
I feel it would be prudent for their team to be more up front about policies around passing of a leasee. The situation seemed so unusual and out of line with the rest of the comprehensive and eager sales team. Please be very careful about what is written down, as it is more important than the assumptions of stales staff. Even though they were really friendly.

Our experience on December 19, 2014 was simply amazing. Ralph and David were extremely helpful, fun, energetic and very caring.
Ralph finalized the deal with his great attitude and persistence in getting us the perfect deal.
I would recommend this Kia dealership to anyone looking to buy as there wasn’t any pressure and they truly cared about you as as a customer.

Sara and Ralph were extremely professional, personal and great to deal with during my vehicle shopping experience. …they did a fantastic job finding the perfect kia optima that not only helped me get out of my vehicle, but got me into a perfect vehicle to fit my needs.
