Natural Foods Consciously Made. I’m passionate about food that is good for the body, healthy for the mind and tasty for the palate! A good nutrition is key to live a creative & joyful life. We make vegetarian Gourmet Salads, Soups, Sandwiches, as well as different types of Granola, that are meticulously handcrafted.

The Soups & Salads are gluten free, Vegan and mostly organic.

The Containers and utensils we use are either recycled or recycleable.

We do everything Locally, we shop local markets and farmers Markets, thus, when doing business with us you are supporting a Local Artisan Business.

History

Established in 2014.

I am passionate about making vegetarian tasty and healthy food and sharing it with the community that surrounds me. That is how this got started… Particularly with the Granola, selling among friends and community members. Around Christmas 2014 I started making Soups at the School’s Holiday Bazaars and they got great acceptance and success. Since then, I started crafting different Soups until the development of the SoupWeekly program, which consists on a different Soup ready for delivery each week.

I am a passionate vegetarian Chef who started cooking vegetarian dishes at the age of 15 when this was a rare thing, specially in my native Argentina, where beef was the main ingredient of the regular diet. I developed a sense of creativity in a culture that even if it’s food diverse with a high European influence (specially Italian and Spanish), forced me to be resourceful in order to adapt and survive leading a meatless diet in a predominantly meat based eating country. When I came to USA, I learned different cooking methods and healthy options from Chefs from all over the World, from California to Europe, South America, India & Japan. That gave me an array of creative options which is what I enjoy when executing my food creations. Eating a diverse food based diet is both rewarding to the palate and beneficial for the body and Soul.
