Specialties

Schwabel Studio is the home base of award-winning photographer Eric Schwabel. We are a full-production studio, specializing in commercial portrait, fashion and editorial photography worldwide.

Schwabel’s work is often heralded for his creative and effective use of lighting, and in making models — who include celebrities, children, and executives (in addition to the standard gorgeous lot) — feel at ease, relaxed, and part of the creative process.

History

Established in 2006.

Seeing a need for more production in his studio work, photographer Eric Schwabel opened Schwabel Studio in Venice Beach in 2006. Our client list has grown, from our editorial photography roots, to include celebrity portraiture, advertisements and photographs for the Tony Awards, Toyota, Ritz-Carlton and Expedia.com, and corporate photography for businesses throughout Southern California and beyond.
