History

Established in 1978.

Pat Started Real Estate Sales in 1978 in California and obtained her Broker’s License in 1986. She owned & opoerated a Century 21 Franchise with over 55 agents in Oxnard/​Port Hueneme California until 1989. She started Stetson Properties in Porterville Ca in 1991 and sold in 2002. She managed over 200 properties there and did sales as well. Was a member of State Board and local Board. She moved to Florida in 2002 and joined Remax Alliance Group in 2003. She is rated in the top 10% of Sales in the Venice area, is a member of Remax Hall of Fame, and averages 6 – 8 million per year in sales. She is an experienced property manager and also owns Stetson Properties a property management company. Pat believes in putting her clients needs first and giving them the very best of her years of experience in negotiating, knowledge of neighborhoods, and fitting the clients pocketbooks to their desires and accomplishing their goals.

Pat absolutely loves the Venice Area and we all call it a bit of Paradise. Everyone comes from somewhere else and it is so warm and friendly here. She loves people and serving clients buying or selling is really a pleasure. Besides Real Estate she loves boating, the beaches, gardening, reading and golf. Pat is a mother of 4 and a Grandmother of 4.
