My husband spent nearly ½ hour. trying to order 2 egg mcmuffins without meat and 2 small orange juices at this McDonalds although it was nearly empty. The order was repeated4 times and was wrong 4 times and they ran his credit card 4 times too so now. I have to check out bill. At one point he actually begged them to please listen to him. Finally manager served him. No apology and because if this we were late to an appointment. Whole reason we went to McDonalds instead of cooking breakfast was to save time.

I’ve been coming to this McDonald’s for as long as I remember. My church/old elementary school are right next door, so it’s always been pretty convenient. The food is the same as every other McDonald’s, pretty good in my opinion(if you don’t mind a stomach ache later, lol). The only reason I am giving them 3 stars is that there are always solicitors outside… and because the floors are often sticky and dirty as well. but I guess that’s because it’s always so packed in there.

Probably the worst night crew ever. They all have an holes want attitude like they don’t want your business. My order is usually correct other than my mocha tasting like regular coffee most of the time. Very rude night crew, probably right off the streets of Venice

After spending a night out at Santa Monica Pier with my husband and kids we were feeling a little thirsty so on the way home we decided to stop at McDonalds, after placing our order waited another 10 minutes INDRIVETHRU(no one else in front of us, we were the only customers in line) for two drinks and two apple pies, the manager never acknowledged us she was too busy playing with the coffee maker. So sitting there staring inside waiting to be serviced and being ignored. That is not the reason I am writing this review if I could give this establishment negative stars this place would get –100. Here is the reason I am writing this review, sitting there waiting just looking inside, the young kid working the register inside I assume thought we were staring at him and stares at us cold and doesn’t stop to make matters worse he started to walk up to the window in a very threatening demeanor as if he had intentions of hurting someone because that’s what it sure felt like. I called the manager over and explained to her what happened and he is standing off the side with a very obnoxious, snide smile. I cant even imagine what he would have really done if the other employee didn’t happen to hand my husband our order. Wow McDonalds these are the type of employees you have working for you on a night shift on top of that? You hire people who threaten your customers? Never have I had this type of service ever, never have I ever felt threaten by someone and I had my kids with me… Two thumbs down McDs… I really do hope they read their reviews and maybe train that employee a little more on customer service or maybe anger management.

Ive never had any problems at any mcdonalds besides this one. Employees, including the manager were straight assholes. I ordered 25 dollars worth of food and they didnt want to give me any type of sauces because they were«strictly for mcnuggets» wtf??? his attitude made it even worse. AVOIDTHISPLACE

I have never complained about McD’s service, but it has happened to me once to often again. Last week I didn’t get the cheeseburger, today there were no apples in the Happy Meal for my granddaughter. I’m sure im not the only one not getting their order filled correctly. This is very upsetting. Please have a meeting with the employees at the window to assure this doesn’t happen as often as it does. Oh yes, and it’s not how much they’re paid, it what kind of a person they are in the first place. If you don’t care, you don’t care. Then maybe someone who does care can get a job and be thankful.

Okay, I’m not ashamed to admit that I occasionally eat and enjoy food from Mickey Ds, and have been since I was a young kid. I have always suspected that McDonald’s employees are grossly underpaid and I appreciate that they can be friendly and helpful. Eating«IN» has never been a problem. However, ordering from the«Drive-Thru» has been problematic too often. I blame myself for not looking inside the bag or bags of food that I’m handed through the«Drive-Thru» window. I should know better because I have been a tad pissed off after having driven home with my food … only to discover that one or more items that I ordered and paid for were not given to me. Recently, this happened again and I called the Venice(Lincoln Blvd.) location and asked for the manager. The woman who answered said … just come back and get the missing item. The missing item was not worth the time or the fuel to go back to MdConald’s. When I expressed that to the woman(manager). She said, «Don’t worry, we’ll give you an apple pie.» … Somehow the idea that it would be helpful for the employee working the«Drive-Thru» window to check the items before they’re handed to a customer has escaped whoever is doing the«training». It ain’t the damn money. It’s that you selected a food item, you paid for it, and some inattentive person … whose job is to fulfill food orders … doesn’t give a damn about YOU. Maybe if McDonald’s employees were paid more, they might take their jobs more seriously.

Worst McDonald’s in the world. Can’t get an order right and they don’t care. This McDonald’s gave my daughter a «boy» toy three times in a rom after she asked for a «girls» toy. It is 50⁄50. You have to try to get that wrong. Went here the other night, and as usual, items were missing my order. This is the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. This place is just pathetic.

It’s a hit or miss with this place. I grew up down the street and have been coming here for years. It’s a typical McDonald’s location. Sometimes they’re on their game and sometimes they’re not. Sometimes I get my food and sometimes I don’t. Average I would say.

I can’t believe I’m reviewing a McDonald’s, but this one is a few blocks from home, and feels very comfortable. I love the mocha Frappé, and recently discovered the $ 1 McDouble burgers.

I do not give out one stars to mcdonalds because my standards for them are so low. But when your order is completely wrong the first time(no cheese on anything) and the second time the Asian lady(no name tag) is as rude as can be for breakfast I just can not believe that people are arguing to give $ 15 an hour for people who can not do the most basic jobs. My wife has been in the food industry for 14 years and even she agrees most people could care less about there jobs and this is magnified at this location. I have never seen someone basically tell a customer to shut up when my food is ready but it takes another 4 minutes for her to make my drink. Not a good location.

Walked across the street to McD’s while waiting on my car wash, as it’s conveniently located. The interior and exterior is clean and bright. When I walked in, there was an older couple in front of me waiting to be acknowledged. The nearest cashier was literally just staring off into space doing nothing. A minute went by and a second cashier finished up and called the couple over. I walked up to the daydreamer and she looked at me but didn’t say anything, not even a smile. I asked if this register was open and she said yes, so I gave her my order. She hardly spoke or understood English(which may explain her hesitancy to engage people). I had to repeat myself several times. The food came out within its expected time frame, and I walked it back to the car wash to eat. When I unwrapped my sandwich, I found they forgot the cheese.

The worst McDonalds as far as making sure your order is complete. If ever you happen to eat here ALWAYS make sure all your items are in the bag. I’ve made too many mistakes in not making sure my order was complete. The cashiers were very nice about the mistake when I returned to retrieve my missing food. But the people that put my order together were rude when they were told that an item was missing. They responded as if they would never make that mistake. The last time they made a mistake I felt validated because another lady came up after me complaining about the same thing. Lesson = ALWAYS check your bag!

After spending a day at the beach(thirsty) and before getting stuck in traffic(tired), sometimes you need cheap calories to get you through. Well, maybe«need» isn’t the right word and it’s more of a «want». Especially when you’ve walked down that Venice strand and back. Used the drive thru and it moved fairly quick. Do you know how good an ice cold McDonald’s Coke tastes when you’re parched? Trivia time: When McDonald’s first expanded from the United States to Asia in 1971, there were some difficulties to overcome. Japan had a taboo against tachigui, though today it is common. Tachigui is the Japanese term for eating while walking or standing, and Tokyo crowds make it common at sushi stands and fast food restaurants. However, it wasn’t as common when McDonald’s debuted in Japan. Despite that, the stands were a quick hit and Japanese stores began grossing even more than their American counterparts. In the 70s, McDonald’s quickly built a Hamburger University in the Ochanomizu district in Tokyo. In addition to testing new menu items, Japanese McDonald’s leaders also made some brand adaptations: Ronald McDonald was renamed Donald McDonald to compensate for the absence of an r sound in Japanese. One of the more ghetto McDonalds. always has been. And its in the Marina. which is a nice neighborhood. For some reason, this half block of Marina Del Rey seems like it was imported from the City of Compton. I go in, place has about 20 people there. Maybe ¾ of them are homeless, on drugs, or gang bangers. Also, all the homeless people seem to be on their laptops for some reason. I hope they aren’t looking at this Unilocal review on there, if so… I apologise. People smell… various shady characters of various levels of jean sagging walking through the spot and waiting in the parking lot either waiting to carjack or sell some crack rock. I don’t blame the employees, its not like they can just kick them out because the ACLU and white guilt laden Santa Monica yuppies will start complaining, then break out in interpretive dance to celebrate diversity. OK, on to the food. The fries were good. The lettuce wasn’t really that crisp on my chicken wrap. The employees were nice, but service seemed really slow for McDonalds. Well, I’ve made my yearly trek to McD’s. Until next year.

For a fast food place what could I expect? Nothing review worthy typically. However, this place was suprisingly organized and nice so I say yes.
