Award-​winning furniture, accessories and interior designer, Ilan Dei, is best known for his signature style, «lush minimalism.» Each piece he creates is minimal in terms of line and form yet lush in materials and personal significance. The overall look is visionary, nature-​inspired and modern while maintaining a timeless elegance.

Dei’s work is not only inspired by nature, the natural world plays a central roll in the life of every item and interior he creates. To begin with, he chooses green materials, which have always been an obvious choice for him as their quality, comfort and appearance surpass man-​made equivalents. «Using green processes feels better to you immediately,» he says. «For example, wool feels so much better than polyester.» He then chooses manufacturing processes that are sustainable throughout, from harvesting materials to the energy used to create the product and finally to the amount of waste produced during manufacturing.
