Hazeltine did my landscaping installation at my new home. They are horrible when it comes to honoring their warranty work. I have been waiting for over two months for my 5 dead palms to be replaced. I’ve gone up the ladder with people at every level of the organization. I’ve even left messages for the owner and he never replied to them. The last contact I had with them I told them if I didn’t hear back from him within one business day I’d be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I still did not hear anything from them so I filed two days ago. I guess if the owner doesn’t care why should the employees.

Called for an appointment they took my name and said that if no one called in 2 or 3 days to call back. I did not call but 3 days latter someone called and we had an appointment for a Tuesday @ 1:30 and one showed up. Take this for what it is worth!
