Gerrit was recommended to us by some dear friends, and once we saw they work he did designing their outdoor living space we knew he was the right landscape architect for us. We worked together to transform a useless 6 car concrete parking lot into an amazing drought tolerant outdoor oasis. Gerrit’s ideas regarding space, light and functionality are spot on, and his talent is only superseded by his convivial nature. We loved the experience!

Gerrit Goss is a brilliant, creative designer and was so lovely to work with. We spoke with a few landscape/​design companies, and after meeting Gerrit, the choice was clear. It sounds crazy, but the fact that he’s such a good guy mattered to my husband and me. On top of that, Gerrit was incredibly knowledgable, listened to our design goals, and was able to help us create a beautiful, shaded pool oasis in our smaller backyard space. We will surely hire Gerrit again when we’re ready to redo our front yard.

I don’t often take the time to write reviews, but my husband and I have been so happy with the work that Gerrit has done in our back yard.
We were looking to reduce our water use, and decided to take out our lawn. We were a little worried that we wouldn’t end up wanting to spend any time there without the grass. Gerrit listened to our concerns and in the end created such a beautiful living space for us. We spend more time there than ever. We couldn’t be be happier!
