History

Established in 2014.

Mitzi Cemovich, Senior Manager and Title Agent, has been providing title and closing services since 2006. A licensed Florida title agent, Mitzi also is a registered Florida paralegal and notary. Prior to founding Cemo Title Services, Mitzi was a Florida real estate paralegal for 8+ years. She received her BA from Northern Illinois University and has 6 years’ experience as Trust Administrator/​Officer with Northern Trust Co. in California and Illinois.

Robert Cemovich, Attorney, previously was commercial real estate loan officer at Chicago’s Cole Taylor and BMO Harris Banks, international real estate consultant for Booz-​Allen & Hamilton, Inc. and other consulting firms, and Program Director for Stewart Title Guaranty’s subsidiary covering former Soviet Union and East Europe. He graduated from University of Illinois/​Urbana-​Champaign (BS) in 1986, Univ. of Chicago (MBA) in 1988, and Univ. of Wisconsin Law School (JD) in 1993. He is licensed by the Florida, Wisconsin and Illinois bars.
